• Return transfer from Kota Kinabalu city hotel to Kinabalu Park on scheduled arrangement.
• 1 Night at Park Lodge or similar
  
• 1 Night at Mountain Hut (Dormitory) - subject to booking confirmation & Mount Hut availability

Additional Charge:

• An additional charges of MYR 50 per person for guarantee to Laban Rata Rest House - heater room
• An additional charges of MYR 40 per person for return transfer from/to Nexus & Rasa Ria Resort
  
• An additional charges of MYR 60 per person for return transfer from/to Papar & Beaufort area hotels
  
• An additional charges of MYR 100 per person (MIN 2) for request to pick up from Airport to Park on Day 1
  

Transfer Service:

• Tour for Mount Kinabalu Trekking are based on Seat In Coach (Sharing Mount Guide and vehicle with other travelers), please note that and the last transfer for return land to Kota Kinabalu is at 1530 hrs. Climber who's miss the last transfer, a surcharge of MYR 150 per vehicle will apply for private transfer.
  
• Tour are commencing from Kota Kinabalu hotel by early morning 0700-0800 hrs, any transfer which not match to the pick up timing will be surcharge of MYR 200 per vehicle as for private transfer
  
• All the Mt Kinabalu climbing booking are subject to Sutera Sanctuary Lodges availability & arrangement.
  
• 100% payment MUST be made for all of the reservation/booking after confirmation.
  

SPECIAL NOTE:
It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailment, it is highly recommended that you should refrain from climbing: Hypertension, Diabetes, Palpitation, Arthritis, Heart Disease, Severe Anemia, Peptic Ulcers, Epileptic Fits, Obesity (Overweight), Chronic Asthma, Muscular Cramps, Hepatitis (Jaundice); or any other disease which may hamper the climber.

Things to Bring:

• Suitable walking shoes/warm clothing/wind breaker/long sleeve shirts/change of clothes
  
• Drinking water/high energy food (chocolates, nuts raisins, glucose)
  
• Headache tablets/sun block/lip gloss/deep heat lotion/plasters/insect repellent
  
• Binoculars/camera/water proof bag for camera/torchlight
  
• Extra socks/towel/gloves/hat mask/tissue paper/toilet roll
  

Porter Fees:

Electricity Power Supply Notice:
Please be informes that the cable burnt out at a power station (JKR) therefore there is insufficient power supply at Laban Rata. We have temporary dismantle the following facilities :

• All the dormitory rom at Laban Rata (NO Room Heater)
• Only Room 1,2,3 (VIP) - Room heater available
• Hot shower for Laban Rata and Gunting Lagadan back to normal with timer switch on 1 at a time every half and hour as per schedule:
  • 02.00 PM - 07.30 PM (Noon) - Arrive from Timpohon
  • 01.00 AM - 02.30 AM (Morning) - Before Climbing
  • 08.00 AM - 10.00 AM (Morning) - Coming down from summit
• Waras Hut and Panar Laban Hut temporary no hot shower due to new rewiring by Sabah Park until further notice.
