Get up close and personal with nature, experience an exotic and
mystifying rainforest where the fastest butterflies swarm by the
riverbank while you enjoy swimming in the river or jump from trees
or just glide down the river on a raft.
The
clear water of Kampar River (Class I-III) is suitable for anyone
who is physically fit and those who crave for mild technical adventure
whilst safely enjoy a rafting trip.
As
a standard procedure, safety briefing will be done before going
down the river which covers the paddling commands, paddling skills,
capsize drills, actions when overboard or river rescue. After 10-15
minutes of briefing by our professional river guide, you are now
ready for a river rafting adventure.
Lata
Kinjang Lata
Kinjang majestic waterfall is visible from the North-South expressway,
after passing Tapah toll exit which is about 18km away. The breathtaking
multi-tiered waterfall cascade 850 meters down the side of a mountain
is indeed a spectacular sight. The area is also to several areas
inhabited by the Orang Asli, the aborigines of peninsular of Malaysia.

Things to Bring: River sandals or lace up shoes for wearing on raft, swimming costume,
basic toiletries, sunscreen lotion, personal medication, straps for spectacles
or goggles for contact lenses, Towel / Sarong, 2 sets of clothing (1 wet
set and 1 for return).

Itinerary
06:30 am
Pick up from any
hotel at selected destination (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Cameron Highlands
and Lumut).
Depart to
Gopeng in Perak. Journey takes around 2 ½ hours.
09:00 am
Arrive starting point. Put on white water rafting equipment, safety briefing will be given by RIVERBUG guide.
10:15 am
White water rafting commences. Covering the distance of 7 km with 9 big rapids along the way. The journey takes around 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
12:00 pm
Upon arrival at the ending point, lunch is served with cold drinks.
01:00 pm
Depart to Lata Kinjang. The journey takes around 1 ½ hour. You will arrive at an Orang Asli settlement called Kampung Kinjang before reaching the waterfall.
02:30 pm
Arrive at Lata Kinjang. You may go sliding down as high as 3 meterts or take a bath in the natural pool.
03:30 pm
After having fun at Lata Kinjang, departure to Trolak Country Resort for light refreshment.
04:30 pm
Departure to Sg. Kelah Hot Spring. Here, you will have your own free time to go for swimming in a pond, get free foot massage by walking through a short track of small stones arranged specifically to give you massages or for the Jacuzzi.
