Pakej yg berpatutan dgn disediakan minum pagi hingga makan malam,makanan yg sungguh menyelerakan. Feri disediakan dari Jeti Lumut hingga ke Teluk Dalam Resort(Pergi & balik). Sesuai bagi yg baru mendirikan rumahtangga. Syabas & Tahniah kpd Teluk Dalam Resort serta semua kakitangan. Date of stay: 2010

2009-12-21 11:04:38   j_naimah   The stay was disappointing: - for check in - had to wait 2 hours before the room was ready - asked for porters to help with the bags to carry to the room but they didn't turn up - asked for extra towels but they said can only get if you order extra mattress - food was not great - toilet flush not working The resort only looks nice. 2009-03-09 19:43:12   moisdono   held wedding ceremony there on july 08.. food at the cafe quite expensive..receptionist not smiling at all even already burn my money at the resort..the most dissappointed thing is..in the middle of the night,the staff keep making prank calls to our room( bcoz they knew we're newly wed)..its so annoying and rude to treat ur guest like that..hopefully this not happen to others.. 2009-02-10 15:33:10   maneh   i've been there for my company vacation on 6.02.09, we just booking by the internet, and by the picture it was okay. the staff is very friedly, helpful, sweet and beutiful. but i has to admit the toilet is not satisfaction to me, under toilet bowl is dirty. the blanket is tearing off. when open the window there are flies coming inside. my mini fridge is not functioning. the ambiance is nice. the swimming pool are okay for me, but not clean enough for my baby. this resort is far distance from town, to hire a car or motorcyle from this resort is so expensive from outside, they charge RM 110 for kancil and RM 60 for motorcyle which is the price in nipah bay is RM 15 for motorcyle a day. the menu in breakfast buttet is not much option. 2008-08-25 16:35:38   kkng12   I stayed in Teluk Dalam Resort on 21-23 August with my family. Below is my comments: 1) Room not well maintained but the technician is quick to fix the problem that i reported. 2) Breakfast buffet with limited choice and the food is tasteless. 3) Table tennis table "hide" in the lower ground floor and the air ventilation is bad. The resort has a big compaund and a lot of space, wonder why the management put the table tennis table in a small space. 4) Dart spoiled and could not play at all. 5) The only facility in the hotel is the swimming pool. 6) I am dissapointed with the upkeep of the hotel facility and general maintenance of the hotel. I don't think this is a 4 star resort and i will not recommend friends to stay in this resort with my poor experiences. Date of stay: 2008 Aug

2008-06-05 17:43:46   edchuang   Our family checked in on 31st May and checked out on 2nd Jun. Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Overall the facilities is good. The shortfall was our room was not ready during checked in. There is no towels in the room. We contacted the from office and they mentioned all the towels were in the laudry and promised to send at 6.30pm. We waited until 7.00pm and called them again, this time they send the towels immediately. To our surprised, one blue stripped color towel, one orange color towel and one light blue color towel, and the light blue color towel had some old stain mark on it. (Can you imagine a four star resort having various type of towels???) We don't dare to use the towels, luckily we brought our own towels.(Experienced). We stayed in Tanjung seaview chalet and the room is large. The staffs are friendly and tried their best to fulfill our request. The management of this resort definitely need to improve. They have first class facilities but 3rd class management. Breakfast was excellent especially the Nasi Lemak. The beach is not so nice compared to Teluk Nipah. We rented a car to go around to others beaches. I like this resort very much especially the Kampong style buildings, chalet and environment. Really hopes the management will improve and provide a real four star services. Or else, this resort will demote to 2 or 3 stars in near future, I guest. Date of stay: 2008 May

2007-10-22 12:35:57   shajahan   Came to Telok Dalam resort with my wife and two kids. Had a wonderful family time out. I am satisfied with the service provided by the resort from the baggage handling to quality of cempaka bunglow chalet which I strongly suggets for comfortable family accomodation. The resort is just 2KM to Teluk Nipah where the beach is fantastic, there are all sort of water sport activities and close to other small islands. The island hoping and snorkling to feed the fish are not to miss. The resort is also about 7 KM to Pangkor town. Also it is suggest to rent a bike and it will take only 45 minutes to round the island. The stafs are friendly and helpful and the foods are are excellent. Overall I had a great time and wish to be here again.To the management , keep up the quality and good services. Date of stay: 2007 Oct

2007-10-01 14:11:13   scarxxx   the room is ok, but the aircond not cold at all..i went here 3 times, 3 times also like tis!!! the washroom door cant close!! OMG!!! the hair dryer is not working!!! OMG!!! the light in front of my chalet is not working at night.. then the beach is not very clean but still acceptable la..(standard la in Pangkor~~) the resort dun hv light around the walkway to chalet, very hard to get my way back to my room.. the food, oh ya, the food!!! dun hv more choice, all malay style ..but i dun eat malay food, so i end up my dinner wit the fruit-watermelon..sob sob..the cafe is terrible la, the flies are more than human!!! u just try to imagine la!!! i won go this resort anymore!!! if my family or frens plan to go, i will persuate them not to go this resort based on my experience!!! 2007-07-17 10:33:54   dosrizal   My family n I went to this resort on 7&8 july. I found it very joyful and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. That night the whole island went blackout n it only came back alive again after 2 hours of waiting. As I visit Pangkor quite often, I notice that the island suffers the blackout problem quite often. The authority should take a very serious look into this as this can no longer be treated as a minor technical problem since Pangkor has now became one of the major tourist attraction in Malaysia n I'm not exaggerating when I say that this problem should not have happpened when our mother Malaysia is celebrating her 50 year-old anniversary of her independence. Apart from that the hotel management should spare a generator set should the same problem recur over n over again n let us together overcome this shameful problem rather than pointing fingers to one another. 2007-06-01 20:23:49   ahbahari   Excellent holiday. I, my wife and our 2 kids really enjoy the place. The staffs at the jetty and resort were really helpful. We were greeted with welcome drink. The seafood buffet also so fresh. The only drawback was I didn't get my sunday paper because ran out since a lot of other guest stayed at the same time ( school holiday time...) The beach was better compare to pasir bogak beach. Date of stay: 2007 May

2007-04-17 12:51:24   lisa_lisz   i just come back from teluk dalam on (13 to 15 Apr 2007)...too excited..bcoz of what?? 1) resort is very peacefully and private unless weather sumtimes hot! 2) kampung cafe is nice..many variety food u can make ur own choice..the banquet always smile..i like the hot coffee there.. 2) i stayed in melati room wif my B...comfortable...but line for TV not clear..i think maybe kawasan berbukit. 3) their reciptionist ok! 4) snoorkeling.....time at Pulau Nipah..uhhhh very excited..u can see many variety of fish when u give food... uhh......i wish i could be there for the next time.... 2005-03-07 16:12:39   Mrs Azman   I just would like to say "Spoil our holiday mood!" because of the Hotel & their Agent in Lumut had a COMMUNICATION PROBLEM & they ask us to pay EXTRA RM60/- for nothing! (Lucky we insist NOT TO PAY, coz we counter check with the agent in Lumut). We booked 2 chalet & 1 of the chalet don't have the remote control for the TV. My friends room the air-cond is not working properly, suddently off so we have to call the technician to help! The TV not clear.....this what you call a 4 star hotel!! The front desk girl (Masitah) really need to send for training!! Date of stay: 2005 Feb
