This is almost 6-7 times I went here...The hotel is ok....the only hotel at Pangkor which got bathtub inside the bathroom and my kids love that....good and clean room nothing to be worried...almost satisfied......pool is quite ok and my kids and hubby really enjoyed it....this time I came for package together with my friends.....for lunch n dinner, service I can give 8 points out of 10.....but the food taste I only can give 6 points....should find another cooker......the hotel is near to Pasir Bogak beach which not so many people here because many of them stayed at Teluk Nipah Beach which too crowded....so we really enjoyed our time at the beach.....nice n clean beach.....the hotel staffs also were very friendly....Will come here for the next year.....for people out there, I suggest all of u to come here only on weekday on school holiday so that u will not have problem to queue up to get the ferry.....

now i'm staying at this hotel...room 005 the penthouse...look nice in this website think again..condition ok easy to rent vehicle near beach, front desk is very friendly...easy to fine food..nice swimming pool....not recommand for newly wed. coz this place is crawling with people that attending courses...thanks..this hotel is ok..can stay here..

The hotel is not bad. Walking distance to the beach. The superior room is quite big, clean and tidy. The breakfast okok. A lot taxis waiting outside the hotel so no need to worry about transportation. Nice staying here ^_^

Overall the hotel condition is ok, housekeeping & front desk good, Foods are ok, Rooms condition are clean and tidy. Thai restoran and mamak stall are nearby but only open after noon, Convenience to travell with transport's agens nearby also easy to get Taxi when to go to town or to Nipah Bay. Lot of beach activities espacilly during weekend.
It's will be one of our memorable vacation.

The Hotel quite ok compare wit other 3 stars Hotel. The hotel near the beach,walk around 3 mins then can reach the beach. About breakfast, the food normal,and less choices. I will go stay at there again if i go pangkor again.

Booked 2 apartment for 2 nights, everything in the room was working.
Other than the pool, did not see any other things like sauna, etc. but was not an issue because all the fun was on the beach and around the island.
Lots of food stall, bike/motorbike rental, shops, saundry, taxi, beach, beach activities, boat rental all very close to the hotel making it an ideal place to stay for many average fun seaking families.

the hotel mwas good & worth for each penny that i spend. went to pangkor on 30th & 31st Dec thru cuti.com package. include food as well.
the room were good, customer service frm the hotel was good, check in & out was fast.
convinent place since it's near to the beach, taxi stand & u can even rent a bike or cycle nearby.

Very disappointed in the rooms we booked. Very shabby - Paint faking off walls, paint patches over walls, bathroom tiles and shower curtain covered in mould. Had rooms facing main road and had to put up with the local bikers revving bikes and racing at all hours of the night/early morning. Breakfast was disappointing. The hot food was cold the three mornings we had breakfast. Overall the Hotel is run down and could do with a face lift. We would not stay here again.

Tis was my 2nd time staying there. 1st time we stayed in king size bed room and 2nd time was penthouse 3 bedroom. Overall ok and both rooms type problem was the same ... noisy especially at the early morning, can hear very loud water running thru the piping

a) Foods are nice and enough for everyone.
b) Rooms condition are clean and tidy.
