the hotel is ok...been there on weekend juz for relaxing with my hubby.. the room quit ok..clean..but the toilet quit 'old' ..need improve the stuff..but i'm not so satisfy with the facilities, the minibar was broken,there's no hairdryer in the room and no iron...need to go to the other place juz to iron one dress..supposed the hotel management can change the system..there's no privacy if we need to go to the iron room at other level just to iron a cloth..this is hotel, not "asrama"...but the hotel is quite..nice lobby and service...juz need to improve the facilities in the room..

I had a seminar in this hotel - (it was a special seminar that involve of entire top management of copthorne hotel.

lobby is quite away from drop off area, guests need to climb staircase for around 30metre to get to the lobby. Dont worry with the luggages - they do provide bellboy service.

rooms- requests for terrace area, it is a new wing - spacious, and very nice view (seriously nice view!) - but then, again, it is away from lobby, two elevators and have to pas through the coffee house and pool before reach to the room.

location - close to convenience store (walking distance), restaurant and bus stop (for bag packers), RM1.40 per person to get to Batu Feringghi night market. 40 minutes to the airport

Cleanliness? - you can trust this hotel.. :) I personally did inspection of the entire back lane of the hotel.

Food - good food :) and nice restaurant with nice view.

Pool - extra careful, the pool is very deep (2Metre)

the beach was not suitable for children at all. arus terlalu deras. and there is no direct access to the beach like neighbouring hotel. susah nak cakap..but if u want to stay here for the beach - go and find other place.

the food is ok.

the bathroom is bad.

we got the standard room - very dissapointed. with rm185, i was hoping to get the superior room. dah lah tdk menghadap pantai. CUTI..update ur database about this hotel okay. there is a new condo on the right sight of the hotel which block the view. and please don't put superior/standard at your price list, if the actual room is standard room.

Good hotel, the rooms were big..which is great. Service at reception is A+ but need more work in the breakfast buffet area.. Other than that..the hotel is worth every buck I paid for.

Generally a good stay, although the rooms & facilities are a bit dated.
There is only a short stretch of beach in front of the hotel, and the hotel pool is also not big.
There is a Toy Musuem directly in front of the hotel, which could be interesting to young children.

The junior suite was a bit seasoned but clean & comfortable . The private balcony was nice but we could not enjoy it because of the mosquitos problem.They even sneaked into the room and was really a nuisance. The private beach was quiet but the sea water was full of litter and debris swept by the current. The unkempt surrounding mars this otherwise value-for-money, comfortable and conveniently located hotel.

One last word of caution: for MPV/4WD/VAN drivers, don't ever attempt to park at the basement carpark as the headroom clearance was not sufficient for these vehicles!

Very good and enjoy at ur hotel.I stayed at suite room very comfortable.And my childrens also like it.The swimming pool is very good and view to the sea is so nice eventhough the sea cannot swim because have many fish and stone.I enjoy at here and want to come again.The rate just nice.Not too expensive..

The room is comfortable and clean while the TV reception is not really good although I've lodged a complain to the room service. The pool water is not really crystal clear but the depths of the pool, 2 meters is good for a swim. Breakfast is good but it's the same dishes for the two nights that I've stayed. Overall is good cause the reception is friendly and room service cleans the room well.

Nice room. Just wondering if this hotel has been around for quite sometime, the settings of the room is a bit old.

Good room with excellent view of the swimming pool. Conference facilities were also excellent. The lobby was very presentable. This hotel has excellent government rates.
