Thank you so much to Cuti team Make my trip staying wonderful. Actually I was going to relative marriage + holiday. I just stay 3days, (it’s not enough). In Penang do not to worry about food. It’s everywhere around you, but you have to known where to go for goodies one. Along I stay at the hotel I never go for their breakfast. I take outside at hawker food stall. It’s seems marvelous and so cheap… I tell you this place is bit crowded during weekend. There are happening at surround of this hotel. Is very near to find good food + near to sea for view only (Padang Kota). Highly recommended this hotel cheap and best. I will go again during Chinese New Year. Thanks again CUTI TEAM & Bayview. 2008-03-04 16:28:36   sia yuk chong   We were very disappointed during 1st day of our stay, even we have pre-book the Deluxe room th'ru cuti, the deluxe room we got was looked very old, small and low graded. we think we had paid too much for this type of room which they graded deluxe. We requested to change to other room but was told the hotel was quite full. If i have not paid my booking to Cuti, which room booking cannot be cancelled, I will leave immediately to other hotel. After we requested so many time from the receptionist, luckily we got a 'real' deluxe room on the 2nd day, which was much more better compare to the previous one, I don't know why there were so much differs as the price are the same. Beside this, We really appreciated with the services provided by the bell boy, waiter and waitress during our buffer b/fast, and expecially the swimming pool in-charge. The jacuzzi also very amazing. We also really enjoyed the beautiful Penang night view from the Bay view Revolving Restaurant, where we can either just have drink or buffer dinner. Date of stay: 2008 Mar

2007-12-31 11:12:31   denisekhoo   My rating to the hotel: 7.5/10 The staffs there were nice and friendly, expecially the malay guy in the travel information counter. He was so humour and helpful, brought us many travel & food information. We had 2 deluxe rooms for this trip, the room and the toilet is quite big, nice sea view from my room. But the toilet was not that clean and smelly, bed was not comfortable because it is too old. Breakfast buffet was nice! Good location which nearby to Komtar and 20mins drive to Gurney. Happening nightlife for clubbers, there are full of pubs and clubs just beside behind the hotel. Date of stay: 2007 Dec

2007-12-11 11:35:31   reena   Good hotel with good location. Walking distance to Padang Kota. Our rooms were at the 12th floor facing the sea. Very nice view. Spacious room and bathroom. Efficient check in. No problem at all thanks to cuti.com. Howevere my only comment is the hotel need to do something about the pool. The wates is cold all day long. Forcing the kids to dive in the jacuzzi instead. So for those of you who think you would like to relax in the jacuzzi just make sure dont go there during school holidays.. Date of stay: 2007 Nov

This is another hotel beside Cititel hotel Penang that you can not miss the food for sure the food here is much much more better than 5 star Hotel in Manila and Singapore Orchard Road. 2005-08-05 15:32:08   sharmine   I ve stay at this hotel, but the room is not really good,bedsheet look so old, and the room is not cool enough...anyway the swimming pool for adult & children was good..I really like the warm jacuzzi...wow!
