Very dissatisfied with the hotel service where the hotel receptionist by the name of Hani refused to provide us with the complimentary breakfast for 2 despite it being mentioned in the Cuti voucher. She didn't even have a look at my voucher & simply said that the breakfast was not mentioned in the email from Cuti to the Hotel reservation. She even had the gall to tell me to pay for the breakfast costing RM40 per pax and claim from Cuti later. When I called up Cuti on Monday, they confirmed that it was mentioned in their transmission to the hotel. Not sure who to believe. Moreover, when we came back to the Hotel at night, the parking lot were fully occupied as there was a wedding function held that day. We had to wait for half an hour for the wedding guests to leave to secure a parking space.
In future, I hope Cuti will prevent this incident from happening to other Cuti members by ensuring accurate/ reliable transmission/ communication with the Hotels.
