2011-11-04 17:38:17   peilee_80   Basically, the room is ok. But, the service of the front office is very worst. I went with my whole family, including quite a numbers of children. When we arrived at the hotel, it was around 2.30pm or 3pm. I would like to check in, but the front office (a Malay lady) told me that the room was not ready due to the checking in time was 3pm. Is fine for me, we just waited at the lobby. Around 3.30pm, again I checked with the front office lady what is the status of the rooms (we booked 2 rooms). She told me that the rooms were not ready yet, the housekeeping team was busy cleaning up at that moment. So, we waited for another 1 hour and we really lost our patience. So, we questioned the same front office lady again, this time, she said she can only provided us 1 room. Perhaps, another room was still cleaning up. She asked us to go out to have a walk and she will give me a call when the second room was ready. So, we went out and I waited and waited the call, but i didn't receive any call from the hotel until 6.30pm. So, we went back to the hotel and talked to the front office. The lady just now was not there. I checked with another front office lady. She told me that all the hotel rooms was full, there was no room for me. I complaint to her and told her what had the previous lady promised me. But still, she told me there was no room at all... Actually, front office personnel is the important role in a hotel where they are the first person who the guest meet in the first place. These kind of bad apples should send them for customer service training. Please do not stay into this kind of hotel where it will damage your mood of your holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2009-06-22 15:25:36   FFF   stayed in this hotel twice... if m not mistaken...in april, we stayed for 2 nites to me, the room is OK. with all the basic things in it..clean and decent. after all it is a 5 stars hotel...but i think that the rate is a bit excessive... no breakfast provided with the room altho the room cost u over 300 ringgit... i really think with such a rate, breakfast ought to be given as a complimentary... i dont really like this hotel... but I'll come back for sure since my partner thinks the hotel is great Date of stay: 2009 Apr

Could improve with more variety of fruits. Staff service was okay but could improve with more smiling faces. Date of stay: 2008 Dec

2007-10-02 14:35:07   mrtraveller   Many times stay in this hotel. The room and facilities are nice. Staff are friendly and helpfulness. Service also very good. Location - superb, nearby everything. You even can walk along the beach.....the new padang kota is just few minutes walk. Food in this hotel also superb! Breakfast like a lunch!!! Outside food - there is one mamak restaurant with nice Tandoori!
