2009-06-09 08:20:02   reenz   May be because of school holiday i have to pay a lot.. the price was RM165 not including breakfast.. the price is not suitable for the room and the service.. The room was dirty and old.. the carpet was not clean.. i have to wear slipper in the room as my feet will be black and have to wash it all the time.. The lady at the reception counter didnt look carefully at my reservation.. I booked for 3 rooms and she only gave me one room.. I asked for one king bed and they only blaming me for not informing them.. I already make the reservation and paid for it.. Why dont they check it !!!.. I will never go to this hotel anymore.. 2007-08-13 14:57:03   ipohite39   Returned here to stay after 2 years. Paid RM140 under corporate rate. They upgraded me to a Executive Room on the 10th floor at no extra charge. I think walk in rate would be RM155 but not school holiday time. Triple lock your car for security. astro reception blur. Everything else ok. Watch out for school kids runing around the junctions next door. Date of stay: 2007 Aug

2007-07-15 22:11:53   lym   Location (7/10)- In town. Near a big shoping complex. Easy to get food as quite a number of mamak etc. Carpark (1/10)- Not security at all. Anyone can park their car there (even non hotel guest). Reception (8/10)- Friendly and helpful. Room (3/10)- Looks old and a bit dirty. Radio not working. Everything provided (kettle, towels, cups) looks old. The few Astro channels are not clear. No safety box. (Availability of broad band- not sure as did not bring lap top). Breakfast (6/10)- Typical Malaysian/Western fare. However, nearly the same every morning (I was there for 5 days). Room rate (3/10)- Took the Deluxe but the room does not look or feel like one. Not value for money. Overall (5/10)- will take the "normal" room if I decide to come back to this hotel again. Date of stay: 2007 Jul

2006-08-30 13:48:24   ipohite39   Out of the 4 hotels I hv stayed in Kuantan, it's the best. Corporate rate was RM165. But always full because of tour packages. Underground car park convenient and walking distance to Berjaya MegaMall. Date of stay: 2005 Apr
