LOCATION: FROM SOUTH:
At Sungai Besi Toll, go straight, enter exit to Cheras heading up the flyover
Follow Cheras direction
Pass by Makro on your left & Pantai Medical Centre on your right, go straight.
Follow Ampang direction.
Pass by Ampang, go straight & you'll pass Zoo Negara on your right.
Go straight, follow Kuantan direction.
Exit Kuantan flyover. Go up flyover & join Karak Highway.
After Karak Toll, turn left at Exit 803A before Genting Sempah tunnel
& follow directions to Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands.
FROM NORTH:
From Ipoh (North-South Highway), exit to Rawang Interchange. Proceed towards Rawang town.
Pass Rawang, Sungai Choh & Serendah.
Next town is Batang Kali. Turn right to Genting Highlands (signboard shown).
At the next T-junction, turn left to joint road to Genting Highlands.
After about 15 minutes, you'll see Genting Skyway Station on your right. Proceed & follow directions to Seri Malaysia Genting Highland.

Family room is big, comfort & clean.
Near to genting skyway & strawberry farm.
Food not variety but differ menu between day. Overall is enjoy for family trip.

Stayed 3 nights in June 2011. Set my expectation right for a 3* hotel. My summary rating: breakfast 2/5, room condition 3/5, customer service 5/5 (used safe deposit, bell, info, housekeeping). Overall a moderate price, good family place to stay the night after enjoying the theme parks.

last i stayed at this hotel around on april last year. staying in standard room with my husband & daughter. the room for me is satisfied enough suitable for 3 star hotel. part that i like is their breakfast. the foods are variety & the taste is good too.

Overall: Not worth for 200++ night stay.
GOOD : Staff are friendly. Location is strategy if you plan to take cable car, easy access to food & beverage,also convenient store.
BAD: Room wtih bad smell, specially when next few doors restaurants are cooking. Fan wasn't function well. Window are surrounded with heavy dust, Towels are not ready until after our dinner. Carpet is the ants habitat.

The room is big but the window can't be closed properly. This is very dangerous to the kids since it can easily slip-off. Management need to look into the safety part seriously. The food has not much variety. The rest are just OK.

1st time i stayed at this hotel. It is quite surprised me..bcz the room is big enuf and very clean. then the breafast gt alot of variety, gt chinese food, malay and western. there was not roti canai oli..but it's very gd ad..the food was tasty and i was happy to stay at this hotel...gd hotel..their staffs also vry nice and friendly...keep going!!!
