The Family Room is very spacious, suitable for family/group up to 5 adults. But the room that facing the park will hear noise from the park since early in the morning. However, don't expect a lot of hospitality since everybody seem so busy.

Very Nice, I get a lot of sweet memory.Stayed in the superior room for one night during September'08. Overall, satisfied with the room. The room is bright/sunny, clean and spacious. No breakfast no problem, good customer service too, and good smile on their face.

Stayed in the superior room for one night during Feb'08. Overall, satisfied with the room. The room is bright/sunny, clean and spacious. The only thing which needs improvement is the water supply from the shower. The water preasure is too low, making the water very slow and hard to shower. Good customer service.

Its the thumb up for a simple stay for 3D2N. the room is clean and spacious. the only thing is they do not have any refrigerator for us to store our drinks and chocolate. but overall still a satisfy stay in this theme park hotel. and its very very near to outdoor theme park =)... and i can say its always far more better than 1st world hotel. in the hotel coupon it stated to be check-in at 3pm, but when i approach the reception, they help me check-in straight away in no time. good customer service too, and good smile on their face.

Generally the room room is clean and neat. The bed is very confortable for a good night sleep. Only 2 small comments 1) TV signal very weak for all channels 2) Room service slow. (we call numerous time to the counter and wait almost an hour for the towels, yet no explaination of the delay)

Check in & out was very convenient. Rooms are spacious & value for $$. Only regret was no local HALAL food around and we have to drive out to Goh Tong Jaya for seafood with a reasonable price.

theme park hotel..although is far from shopping complex and arcade but is near themepark..haha! but don't prefer the happy valley restaurant, have breakfast there before not much choice of foods there compare to first world hotel. the room is clean and quite big but the toilet quiet dirty maybe the paint is getting old, i think should repaint the toilet! if got chance to go genting maybe will choose this hotel again, but still prefer first world hotel cause is cheap!!

Last March 2005 was my first time to steps into Theme Park Hotel In Genting Highland. The room/bathroom is clean and comfortable to rest and relax. The setback was the hotel reception is very slow to handle the check-in. Other than that, overallis satisfactory and looking forward to stay again on ths coming December 2005 school holiday.
