This was my second trip there with my family, my children love the pool. A bit dissapointed with next door neighbors who didnt know how to keep quiet even at 3am in the morning. Overall it is nice place to have a vacation far from city hassle.

I stayed for 2 nights at Awana Genting Highlands. I love it. The room was good. The only thing that bothers me is the distance that I had to walk between the parking lot to the hotel elevators. So make sure that you don't forget anything from the car before going up to your room. My kids love the pool. I love the pool. From Awana to Genting Highland theme parks, it takes about 15 minutes drive. I will definitely come again. In fact, even before we left the main entrance, we were already thinking when would be the next trip to Awana Genting.

Good location, good view overlooking a nice golf course, lofty corniferous trees, good ambience. Room at Tower Block is just nice for 2 queen beds. Curtains are tattered & sliding door tracks rusty, so hard to move. Towels are hard & worn-out. Shuttle is punctual & driver is careful with turnings to cablecar station & back, no jerks. Coach needs new curtains as they smell cockcroaches. Breakfast was disappointing as spread was narrow, quality was poor & service was horrible. One fat Indian waitress was so rude that she took our plates without asking for permission. She was not remorseful nor apologetic after making that deliberate mistake. Clearing the left-over plates was extremely slow & we could see the staff disputing amongst each other. The local food like nasi lemak, fried koay teow, bihun, lontong & rendang were pathetic, tasteless & fell short of many necessary ingredients. Lontong were soggy. Gravy didn't have cabbage nor long beans & tasted bland. For such breakfast, I suggest free for kids because they don't eat much & that price charged don't justify the poor spread & choices for kids. The receptionist Rose was very helpful, enthusiastic & efficient. The concierge pakciks & bell-boys were helpful & pleasant.. Carpark was ample & safe. Suggest placing hotel staff at shuttle bay so that inconsiderate people don't jump queue & unfair to those who queued & waited patiently. It was quite cold when we were here in June.

This is the 3rd time, i stayed at Awana Genting. This hotel is good for family vacation. My kids love the pool . The room also ok because you no need to book extra bed as the hotel give you 2 double bed. Overall ok. We love to have a dinner at Golf Terrace which worth it for the price and the food compare to buffet dinner at Rajawali Restaurant. We stay on 19/12/08 at room no 11560.The staff also friendly......

Overall this hotel is very good and commendable - services, facilities, food - so many varieties to choose from, the room (double deluxe) is excellent, receptionist, housekeeping and bell boys are very nice and always repond quickly.
Though the rate is quite high especially during peak season, it's really worth your money. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel everytime i go to genting.

Initially, we tried to book the hotel ourselves but were informed that the rooms are fully booked until June/July. But we tried our luck to do it via cuti.com and we actually manage to get a room at the exact date that we wanted. Being the first timer (of using cuti.com service), we are pleased with the efficiency of cuti services.
Checking in was a breeze (although we arrived early at 12noon). Room was spacious (double deluxe room). Facilities are commendable. Breakfast was nice with lots to choose from. On overall, it was a pleasant hotel to stay in and we highly recommend it to others.

this is the perfect experience to stay at Awana Genting Highlands in 10th Jan 2008.
really enjoyable, relaxing time for us, even we arrived and check-in late at 4 pm, but the counter services was very good, faster and effective, the bill boy was really helpful to carry our travel bag, we no need to wait and directly to get our room key in 17 floor.
of course! you should travel in low season, everything become smoothly, faster, the services was very well and friendly all happing in low season.
because as member of Awana and Genting Group, I no need to paid a deposit, and I can get a special discount price when reservation online. including a free breakfast, free skyway transfer for 2 person.
this is the perfect room interior design in 17 floor, with perfect landscape view the top of Genting Highland, at night, the lighting was perfectly beautiful.
the room interior design with very beautiful lighting all around, satellite tv, yes! I only watching satellite tv program.
two of the very big and beautiful queen size bed good enough for us a very comfortable night sleep in 25C natural temperature.
very clean and new room make you just imaging you are in the movie set, you just feel like a King, of course! local King only.
the bath room was perfectly clean and comfortable with hot water supply, very strong with massage effect power shower or you wish to swim in the bath tube.
the swimming in Awana Genting Highlands operating hours till very late, even at 7pm, with 25C temperature weather, I still can swim at night in the very beautiful swimming pool, or you can choose to relax for hot water massage pool, or bring your kids to playing water activities there at night till 8.30pm.
that the perfect Awana Genting Highlands Restaurant " Rajawali " at night for dinner with beautiful girls live band and live piano playing to serve you, just feel like a King.
the foods and drinks prices was reasonable, you have to calculating all the perfect interior design there, lighting, live band, piano playing for you.
and this is the perfect place for all kinds of business and leisure with FREE broadband Wi-Fi connection, that not only I Wi-Fi hotspot, they are many Wi-Fi hotspot serrounding in the area as you wish to surffing internet, send and received e-mail, watching youtube movie, create your own blogs, post your travel picuture and video to youtube.com
free perfect breakfast, free perfect beautiful skyway return ticket for you to enter the casino at the top of Genting Highlands, still let you to win a lot of money in the pocket, of course! if you luck! or else ... don't make me to responsibility of your bankruptcy.

Stayed at the tower block in 1999. Windows were without grilles. Though they can't be opened wide, it's still scary if you have skinny hyperactive children or skinny sleep walkers.

Stayed in for a family get-a-way. Overall is good but the food quality has degraded compared to the timer I went in 1999.
