Directions to Resort

If you are travelling from the South or Kuala Lumpur, take the North-South Highway end exit at the Rawang Interchange (about 20-25 rnin, from Kuala Lumpur or Subang Interchange). From Rawang, enter the trunk road towards North. You will pass smaller towns like Serendah, Batang Kali and Rasa. Immediately after Rasa look out for signages which says Fraser's Hill) or Kuala Kubu Bahru and turn right following signage directions. The journey from Rawang to Kuala Kubu Bahru (foot of Fraser's Hill) takes about 30-35 minutes.

If you are travelling from the north, enter the North-South Highway and exit at the Tanjung Malim interchange. Take the trunk rood towards south and look out for signage indicating Kuala Kubu Bahru or Bukit Fraser's (Fraser's Hill). Turn left into Kuala Kubu Bahru which is the lost stop at the foot of Fraser's Hill.

From Kuala Kubu Bahru, drive easterly following a winding rood up to the Gap (21km, about 35-45 mins), where gates (lower end upper gate) control the passage of traffic at the last 7km stretch to Fraser's Hill. The gate times are:

I reserved 2 unit of 2 bedroom apartment and found 1 of the apartment was not room serviced after previous rental left.

All the rubbish were not clear, dining area was not clean and washroom were not clean as well. Besides, a bad smell is there. Really disappointing with the service

The apartment outlook is acceptable. But internally, it is very spooky especially the wardrobe and lighting. Couples please do not stay here. It will be a nightmare for you. Group of friends and family are ok.

The apartment stinks of musty smell and the furnitures were all very old. Floor tiles were also broken and ceilings had water stained. One of the bedsheets was also wet when we first checked in! I think the staffs did not even dry clean/wash the bedsheets after occupants check out. I seriously do not recommend stay in this resort. The CNY dinner was also very lousy, food were served cold and tastes flat. Really unacceptable for a CNY package of RM888 that I paid for 2D1N.

Apartment is quite spacious. Problem was the towels were like normal house towels. Really not confidence to use it. Foods were lousy. Rice provided was half cooked. Told them on the first day but still did not take it seriously. Remind the same.

The apartments are infested with fungus and has a bad musty odour. The balcony is dirty and found a huge centipede there! Staffs are friendly though. Need to improve on cleanliness.

The apartment is spacious but not well maintained. The breakfast also has limited choices and quiet unfriendly staffs. Overall Ok because I only paid for RM58 and got 3 bedrooms apartment for one night.

The apartment is spacious, especially the balcony, we managed to catch the sunrise in the morning. Also, staff there are friendly. However, the management should spend more effort on maintenance.

The apartment is not well maintained. The bed sheets and towels smells. Even the whole apartment smells. The resort management should be putting more effort in maintaining the resort in order to attract tourists to come back! This will be my first and last trip Pine Resort.

I was over expected with the surname of the hotel as "Little England" BUT it's not at all. The apartment was spacious enough with a spacious balcony. The breakfirst was worst and we were told that it's a buffet breakfirst BUT what we got was American breakfirst for two consecutive days. No choice have to take. The cups and plates are not that clean until can smell and there is a lipsticl on the glass.
Even the blanket was smelly.
Pls upgrade the hotel to get more guest to come over.

The resort is spacious, especially the balcony, the maintenance is satisfactory.

The 3 days 2 nights stay in Fraser's Pine Resort is considered worthwhile for what we paid except the breakfast served in the restaurant. Too simple and no choices at all, i was very disappointed that the management doesn't take any actions for improvement on their breakfast selection.

The counter stuff are very friendly and helpful. There is no waiting for room service upon request.

I will definitely come again if they are willing to improve their breakfast serving.

Everything is fine with this resort EXCEPT for the breakfast! Very limited selection (fried rice, fried noodle, egg, coktail hotdog, toast, THAT'S IT!). And it's either tea/coffee or plain water, no juice. Our last stay in Fraser's was at Silverpark, I must say they serve much better breakfast.

But one of the good things about this resort is the unit comes with a spacious balcony. Although cooking is not allowed, we brought along an electric steamboat pot. We had steamboat dinner on the balcony! If the weather permits, it's best to have your dinner under the stars with the refereshingly cool air.

Overall is ok, apartment is maintain quit well, be ready for some exercise if you stay on the top floor (6th floor) cause no lift :>
There is a very big balcony with the apartment, we like it very much. the bad thing is their breakfast has only limited selection of food.
