2011-12-08 17:21:09   snsahq   the 1st time, it was ok. the 2nd time was a nitemare. the lift was not working. we were trapped. there's a monkey at our balcony ready to strike. the water heater was out imangine how to take bath in that weather. the front desk staff were so unfriendly. please upgrade. the only good thing is the view. 2011-12-08 17:00:30   nora150   Stayed 2 times. 1st stay- 3 bedroom apt, huge & nice view. Murah tgh promosi katanya. bangunan buruk & usang tp still ok, baru nak jalan2 sekitar kawasan, tiba2 dikejar 2 ekor kera liar yg nampak ganas & kebuluran sampai kami lari lintang pukang tak cukup kaki! Then lebih byk kera dtg n serang sampai ke apt, mkn baki makanan dlm tong sampah di yard. 2nd stay - dpt 2 bedroom apt , 4th floor & mahal bangunan lebih usang. Lif rosak, kena turun naik tangga. Bilik, karpet & bantal semua berbau hapak. Kera tetap serang & bertenggek di balkoni sampai mlm, tak berani nak bukak sliding door wpun 4th floor. Cukuplah tu, never come back to stay again. Moral of the story- jgn berjalan2 dlm kawasan yg mcm zoo penuh dgn kera liar, except for those yg nak slim boleh dikira exercise..hahaha!! Date of stay: 2011 Nov

Water stained marks everywhere, water heaters not working in 1 unit, tap head coming off. 1 master bedroom shd be condemned & declared unlivable & a health hazard because of mold running across 1 wall of the room. 3rd bedroom in both units shd have a sofa bed but the sofa beds are unusable & we were given mattresses which were probably sourced from a dumpsite somewhere. Even mattresses that we paid RM20 each were no better. Lots of really huge mosquitoes, too. Positive feedback is the units are huge with very good view. Date of stay: 2010 Jun

2007-08-10 09:55:56   nadila   totally agree with U Will, I stay in studio apartment but the situation is: BAD:- very bad vacation -Blanket and bedspread are so dirty... -Pillow is super smelly. -Staff not friendly -Sofa is dirty.. whole body itchy after sitting on it. -Cupboard is so smelly that I cannot hang anything in it -food OUT! -wild Monkey everywhere ( macam kat zoo) Good:- -Nice view -Spacious plz upgrade your service!! 2007-01-19 19:23:01   bunnybaby   I haven't stayed at this hotel, but before I came across this portal, I discovered the resort's own website that displayed 2006's room rates, whereas I was searching for 2007 rates. So I called the the resort's reservation centre directly (KL number) 3 times. The first time, the operator told me salesperson was out for lunch. 2nd time called, no salesperson around. 3rd time (on 10 January) managed to speak to a salesperson named Max, he promised to fax the current room rates. Till today, I stil haven't got the info. Thank God I discover cuti.com and read all guests' reviews. I cancel my intention of staying there. Love this website!! Date of stay: 2007

2006-10-26 10:30:22   venoth   Based on the previous ratings seen here, I believe the resort has done its best to improve the condition of the apartments. I stayed at Block B14, a two bedroom apartment. On arrival, we didnt have electricity supply along the stairway which the maintenance had rectified within 30 minutes. The apartment was clean and tidy. Just the second night, we didint have water supply for a few hours and then we had supply of hot water only. Thank god for that.hehehe. Otherwise, I would say this place is good and would be highly recommended. Date of stay: 2006 Oct

2005-12-31 15:43:05   CHY JRY   A bad resort. Poor services at BlockA1. Lift was smelly and not funtioned properly. Room is too big, but TV too small, TV only can received TV1, no TV2, TV3, NTV7. The hitter is not funtioning. Too little coffee bars. No Milo. Block A1 is too bad. Not suitable for any guest anymore, unless the services is better. And the buffet is bad. Only mango and orange juice. We are disappointed that the Game Room was not open everyday. Poor Receptionist. WORST SERVICES AT FRASER'S SILVERPARK RESORT !!!!! Date of stay: 2005 Dec

2005-12-29 13:50:38   Tom Chan   We're given the studio room in Block A1. What a block! Worse than most of the residential apartments in KL. Lack or no maintenance. Lift smelly as well as the corridor leading to the room. Room not proper maintained. No proper lock and no peeping hole at the door. Water heater not working properly. We were trapped in the lift for minutes. The games room was closed the whole day ( school holidays and we were charged more!). Not a buffet breakfast as we expect. 2005-10-06 13:29:39   dvpro   Yeah, I truly agree with the fact that during breakfast food were not refilled at a timely manner. Guests were made to wait quite a while. Anyway, selection was quite OK compared to Pines Resort. The balcony is not that spacious compared to Pines. The balcony at Pines was so huge we even had steamboat dinner (all 6 of us) there under the stars (with lotsa space to move around too!). I also thought that the view from the balcony was better at Pines. Date of stay: 2004

Was asked to wait for the repairman and room change request was rejected. Water boiled by kettle was smelly. No view from room. However, the buffet dinner staff at Lavender restaurant provided excellent service. Check out time was efficient and fast - hassle-free. Date of stay: 2005 Aug

2004-06-17 17:19:36   Isaac   Friendly staff, rooms are ok . can be cleaner. Some of the service staff at restaurant needs a bit more training. Breakfast is normally chaotic if full house. But the good thing is the resort always makes an effort to take good care of you.

2004-06-17 14:46:14   Tan   Compliments to the reception staffs, very helpfull, friendly. However, lots of rooms for improvement on house keeping, dirty corridor, carpet. Imagine having breakfast with a patch of bird shit few feets away at restaurent balcony. Never refill food at buffel.

2004-05-12 10:16:25   Mr Wong   The Resort management should improve the way of managing especially during the holiday peak season. My family have to wait for 2 hours before checking in just because of not enough resort staf to clean the room. The breakfast was very dissapointing and very few choices.
