2011-05-05 16:02:24   shelia   We were given the twin room though we have requested queen bed 2 weeks ago. The room is a bit old, pictures in the website is different from the actual one. TV is too small for the room. Though the room is sea view, we can hardly see the sea as a lot of coconut trees blocking the view. Service is bad, as when you checked in there are no bath towels in the room. I understand that there are running full occupancy that day, but this is a very basic amenity. Very disappointed. Though we have requested many times, the towel only came after we came back from the beach. (1 hour ++) The breakfast is great. Love the blue cheese they provided and the restaurant is nice. The swimming pool water quality is poor, water is smelly. Overall the ambience of the hotel is ok. Date of stay: May

The services is nice & the peoples around are very friendly.I booked a Deluxe Seaview room & it's very spacious. But I think the maintance for this resort still need a improvement on it. Because I found that the building quite old. Anyway, I'm still have a enjoyable trip here. I'll come back again!!! Date of stay: 2010 Jul

2008-12-31 10:54:01   lizache   We came in the rainy season, of course it was a bit disappointing. The resort is big, and have this Balinese/Javanese style in each room. Rolling blind instead of fabric curtain, wooden parquet/planks for flooring, wooden bed replacing divan bed, etc. I understand why many customer's review here complain the resort is old. The style made it looked old, maybe it is supposed to looked old and ancient. Overall, the resort is good. But this one that almost every hotel and resort failed - the buffet breakfast. They served few choices. The swimming pool is good. The beach is only in walking distant, ranging along the resort. Date of stay: 2008 Dec

2008-10-16 16:37:41   cowieyan   The hotel is not new but is quite clean and tidy. The staff is polite and helpful. The distance from the hotel to the turtle sanctuary is around 20 mins beach walk. The hotel is facing the beach- having a nice view. However, this is a warning for those of you who are planning to have the buffet dinner. Remember to take as much as you can in the first round, do not care whether you can finish or not in the first round and be there as early as possible. This is because the food served will NOT refill. This is very disappointing and dissatisfied. Other than that, the hotel is ok. Date of stay: 2008 Sep

Overall i must thank to Hotel's staffs for their services rendered. good breakfast.. and the Dinner nite especially unforgetable.. thanks to Cik lina for the arrangements (sent little turtoises back to the sea, very touching ... ) Comments :- 1) Condition of the Hotel is a bit old.. 2) have proper karaoke room for hotel guess .. not in the Pub . The buffet breakfast is nice lots of food to choose from and worth the price too Everything is good, except the rooms looks abit old and all though the rooms is all seaview but our room's view is totally block by the coconut tree so is abit disappointed on that. 2007-05-10 16:23:55   Xanaya   Stayed here last January. We had a blast! The room was nice; cozy and clean. The beach was clean and beautiful. And the staff were friendly. Can't say much 'bout the food though.. Lack of variety at breakfast time.. At dinner my steak was tough, so couldn't enjoy my dinner. But Kemaman town is nearby so u can find edible food there. There's this nice makcik place next to this D-5 24hrs convenience store that sells steamed rice with deep fried spice chicken,wayyy nicer than the hotel food. But one thing they should definitely change is their pool closing time. 7pm! That's too early!! Baka! Thank goodness for the beach. Date of stay: 2007 Jan

2007-05-04 20:21:33   cik_lin   was there twice.like the place especially the seaview.totally in lurrve.but my second visit would the last one-one time,i was having my dinner at d cafe,askd for a cup of hot milo but they brought a pot of hot milo.second time-i askd for a deluxe room,they gave me a superior deluxe n forced me to pay for superior price.luckily,d front desk gal admitted her fault...however,the most memento thing about impiana was BOBOY-the small monkey.like a trademark to d place. rating-4 stars for resort,2 stars -for the managemnt... 2006-09-21 22:38:52   xanaya   Dropped by just now to check out the rooms. The Deluxe and Superior rooms do look as nice as in the pics.In fact, i kinda like the whole setting of it. A tad small, though. But i say well worth the price. Just so u guys know, the sofa in the superior room is a sofa bed and there's corporate rate for the rooms. And try to get the south wing if possible, it's said that the view from that side is better. The beach is nice(it's the same stretch as Club Med's), but i didn't see any beach chairs around. The pool is rather big, plus they have sports rentals. So no problems there, i guess. The girl/staff that showed me around was very informative(& friendly).So hopefuly the rest of 'em are like that. Breakfast was really good especially nasi lemak. I'm really sure once i visit cherating again, Impiana was my first choice. Date of stay: 2006 Jan

2005-11-16 17:39:21   nurulh   a good place for weekend escapade, relaxing and quiet with nothing much to do in the area. the room is quite small, but the 4 poster bed is a plus. variety for breakfast is ok, though can be improved. the day bed and wood decor provides a rustic charm to the resort.
