Deluxe Garden View Room Our 40 sqm Deluxe Garden View Rooms comes with 2 types of beds combinations; 1 king size bed or 2 single beds. These rooms accommodate 2 persons. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children below 6 years old sharing on existing bedding, or with an extra bed it can accommodate 3 persons. Each of the rooms has its own private balcony that overlooks the lush green garden. Complimentary WIFI access is available in the room.
Deluxe Sea Facing Room
Our 43 sqm Deluxe Sea View Rooms comes with 2 types of beds combinations; 1 king size bed or 2 single beds. These rooms accommodate 2 persons. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children below 6 years old sharing on existing bedding, or with an extra bed it can accommodate 3 persons. Each of the rooms has its own private balcony that overlooks the South China Sea. Complimentary WIFI access is available in the room.
Junior Suite Our 50 sqm Junior Rooms come with bedroom cum living area. The Junior comes with a long bath with a built-in shower, 1 King Size bed, a sofa set and a tea table. Under the normal arrangements these rooms accommodate 2 persons. Each room has a private balcony and boasts panoramic view of lush green garden. Complimentary WIFI access is available in the room.
Family Suite Our 62 sqm Family Room comes with 2 interconnecting rooms sharing a common bathroom & toilets. One room comes with 1 King Size bed and or 2 single beds. No extra bed is permitted into the Family Room. With the existing arrangements these rooms accommodate 4 adults. Each of the traditionally inspired rooms has its own private balcony. Executive Suite Our 72 sqm Executive Suites comes with a bedroom and a living room. Under the normal arrangements these rooms accommodate 2 adults. With the extra bed it can accommodate 3 adults. Ha..ha..ha....this is my second time staying at Swiss Garden Kuantan and this time,it's marvelous.
We got Deluxe Seaview on the East Wing and the room is set to pamper myself and the family. Plush pillows and beds,spacious bathroom,LCD TV with Astro channels,there's ESPN too,so I can't missed out MU while travelling.However,because of school holidays,there's lack of parking lots for cars and it became haywire during breakfast. Overall, good service by the hotel and smooth check in,thanks to CUTI.

Room is big and clean. Long spread of beach that is clean and great place to catch the sun and relax.
Overall, a great place to stay for a few days.
On the down side, the town is a way off, but there are some places to sample the local food nearby.

I had booked the hotel on 6.6.09 and checked in on 7.6.09. Since, it was only available for 1 day stay. This is my 7th visit to the hotel. Everything was ok except that the room is a bit pricy @ RM398.00 per nite for call in rate as booking thru the net was fully booked. The family package of RM588++ was unfortunately unavailable. The only difference this time which should had deteriorated was that the hotel is no longer adhering to it's stringent pool rules of proper swim wear only. Now, you can even go into the pool if you are fully clothed!! Very unfortunate, as the hotel used to ensure proper attired guest are only allowed into the pool. And the warm water jacuzi used to be for only properly attired 13 years old and above. Now, any Tom, Dick, & Harry are allowed into the jacuzi and the water is so murky and dirty. What a shame. I do hope the management will look into this and implement and practice what was excellently done previously and to maybe adjust its room rates for local to enjoy this beautiful hotel and its facilities.

Room accomodation was good. My complaint is on the breakfast voucher. My family booked the family room that comes with 4 breakfast vouchers. Since, there were 2 adults and 4 children (eldest being 10 years and youngest 3 years), the staff insisted that I need to pay for the additional two children. In other hotels, 1 adult voucher = 2 children. The waiter was very adamant that I need to pay for the two additional. Very unreasonable considering my two kids below 6 years hardly eat anything. Other than, hotel is OK.

The rooms is a big improvement as compared previously. But the price is a bit steep since it was renovated.
Went with my family and brother in law and stayed for 1 day because the rooms were fully booked.
The room is good except the sink and toilet is leaking . The beach is clean but the kids and myself were bitten by sand flies and it itches like hell for about a week.
In summary, nice place to stay but the price is a bit steep.

Great place for my family...good setting, variety of spread for breakfast but the room is a bit smaller compare to the price. And the managenet must do something regarding the beach...plastic bottles etc all over the beach. the sand not so white as it used to be 5 years ago. On 18/5/07-there was a fire alarm and as my family on the way down, we were told by other guest that it was a false alarm but sadly there was no official announcement from the hotel regarding the matter.

We, my girlfriend and I, went during hte monsoon season! It was wet, wet, weeeet! Lovely room with partly hidden view of the sea. Breakfast was chaotic as there were so many kids running around! But can't blame them...they were on holidays. The beach was OK but the sea was rough! That aside, nothing to do but eat and sleep. It was quite memorable 'coz of the rain! My first dose of a real monsoon!

Well, overall the hotel is good with many friendly hotel staff. The breakfast not so good as I got cold nasi lemak (even though it was refill for the 2nd time and not so good coffee). The pool closes 8pm.... should be a bit later. And the room is not so good in sound proof. But it has one thing that I like most.. the morning newspaper.
If compare to some hotel at Cherating which I dropped by later, Swiss Garden has more facilities and more peoples then others. It really great for holiday there.

A well maintained hotel, especially when u've experienced the sucks services from other small hotels/resorts in Malaysia. This is my second visit to Swiss Garden Kuantan. I would highly recommend this resort.
Some improvement suggestions to the hotel.
1. The room is not sound proof. Very noisy especially late night.
2. Front office services is not efficient enough.
Good points
1. The pool guard is doing his good job. Those without proper swim suit is called out from the pool.

I have stay here for 3d2n. The best resort in Kuantan. Nice F&B. But still more improvement for parking lot, long queque when check in/out, unfriendly fool gard and please instal carpet inside room-it danger for kid/baby. Next time i came again.

I am back for what I consider as the best resort in Kuantan. The room was spacious and the facilities almost complete. The buffet dinner was a memorable one where variety of food are well serve. One thing I like about the resort iwas that the night view was spectacular. I certainly recommended the hotel to those visotors to Kuantan.

The resort was beautiful and the F&B was great. I prefer Swiss Garden Hotel Chain because it really offers the best among accomodation and hospitalities. Staying in this hotel was the right thing where excitement was offered all night long. The facilities was good and most of all, it really meets guest expactations.

Overall it's good. Very Nice beach and clean too. But the room is not noise-proof. We can hear the disco downstair and people chat on the hallway. The staffs are friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there. Oh, don't forget to try the Samsara Spa. It's heaven!
