2010-07-23 08:27:50   sulochana muru   hi. we went there after our wedding this june. heritage was a great place to stay, relax and enjoy. bit inner from the town but not far actually. my husband and i were reluctant went we got to know the price but we were confident that the service would worth it..and we were right. the staff were friendly and always acknowledged us when they bumped into us. the breakfast was good with most of the malaysian breakfast and also with some general western breakfast. we tried different breakfasts and enjoyed the hill view from our room. toilet was clean and neat. towel, furniture and bed were also clean and cosy. wonderful hotel for anybody who wants to stay in cameron in future. when we went there, the renovation was going on and im sure after renovation the place would be even better. my husband and i are looking for our second visit there soon, obviously after they complete renovations. 2010-05-25 10:18:24   Azizul Hassan Johari   Had a wonderful,great,enjoyful and pleasant stay at Heritage Hotel with my spouse. The room is spacious and clean.The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is very near to the town area. Would suggest the hotel to have in store more small pale especially for the Muslim guests. Overall I'm very satisfied with my stay..wish to come back again for a stay there next time. Date of stay: 2010 May

2010-02-26 14:52:05   zahiredd   heritage hotel hopeless.from the entrance to the toilet.i dun know why cuti.com.my put 4 stars for this kind of hopeless hotel.receptionist like tortoise.the room was smelly.they gave 2 single bed for me and my wife.wtf.the carpet very dirty and lot of stain not to mention the broken toilet. 2008-12-26 17:09:01   Mommy Erin   My hubby, my baby daughter and I went to cameron on 20 - 22 December 2008 and we have stayed at this hotel. At first, i was afraid if my hubby didn't like the hotel since he's very fussy. When we check-in, we found out the room hotel was very very excellent with a very nice and cool view of the hills. Since our room is at level 3, we could feel the cool breeze and of course, no aircond needed. In fact, we have to wear our sweater even we were in house. We had our breakfast at the Rainforest and the food was quite wonderful and variety. Overall, we are satisfied with the accomodation and the hotel hospitality and we will like to come back next year for our next trip to cameron and this time, we will bring our big family along (father, mother, father in-law, mother in-law, siblings) . Thanks to Heritage Hotel and Cuti.com!! We really enjoy our holiday. Date of stay: 2008 Dec

2008-03-24 12:31:13   faridda83   I just came back from Cameron Highland yeasterday and stayed at the hotel for one night only (I wish I could stay longer). The service and room was quite satisfactory (I just took 5 minutes to check-in) and the room condition is ok, although there are some defects (bedside lamps and the washbasin). But the room was really tidy and spacious. The hill scenery was spectacular and although there are no air-cond in the room, we didn't feel warm at all because of the cold surrounding due to the rain in the evening and at night. The breakfast is quite ok, and the salad was really fresh. I really enjoyed my stay there and I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Date of stay: 2008 Mar

2007-12-20 00:52:09   judeng1981   went there with my wife and daughter. the room size was quite big... but. the are some things aren't in satisfactory conditons. the hot water isn't hot, and that's a big problem if you want to take a late shower. the balcony s dirty. wouldn't want to step on it if not wearing slippers. and the room doesn't have aircond (the rate should be less due to no aircon service).. 2007-06-18 11:58:06   diquenon   i just got back fr cameron yesterday, stayed at this hotel for 3 nights! it was very uncomfortable. luckily i got to stay there FOC coz my husband have training. the room quite spacious (thank god!) and the hotel staff was ok. but overall this hotel need a lot of improvement. 4 star? don't think so.. bathroom was dirty, bedshit & towel torn (do you ever send them to laundry?). carpet stained & smelly. spiderweb at ceiling/lamp...what the heck? do you guys do maintenance at all?... i dont recommend to cutizen.. 2007-06-05 11:48:18   kannaki   I stayed with my husband for 3D2N, the room itself is not very clean, dirty, stain on the mattress and curtain. On the second i called the room service to clean the clean but they didn't turn up until the third day (i already made 3 calls to them to clean), very slow. the room also a bit smelly. We went to the chinese restaurant and cafe, it was very smelly. Our room actually facing the car park, the whole day even in the afternoon and night also i couldn't sleep, it was very noisy, even though i closed the window but still can hear the sound, and the room also very warm. I regret of staying there, wasting of my money, next time sure i won't go to heritage. Date of stay: 2007 Apr
