we took tioga room and everything was great!the breakfast was special, quite unlike any hotels we stayed in cameron before, as it has roti canai which was made on the spot, and my girl just loves it!good buffet choice. only that we went during rainy season and everywhere was foggy/misty, we weren't really prepared as the last time we came we can just wear t-shirts. it was SO COLD this time, even the floors! but other than that, we really enjoyed staying here!

The hotel rooms and bathrooms were so old and they need to revamp badly!! The TV was small and reception was bad! Unless they renovate the units otherwise, it is not worth the price to stay and should not be classified as 4-star!!
The hotel staffs however were friendly and helpful.

Stayed in studio room recently. Telephone no line, so, cannot contact reception, room service etc..from my room. TV reception not good, bathroom no slipper (at least provide plastic/paper slipper) because the bathroom so cold. No free newspaper. Breakfast menu limited. For RM300+ kind of resort, I don't think its worth it. The only best thing this resort can offer is the scenery.

It was great trip overall. Nice view and relaxing, just what we need.. far from havoc n crowded people.
Just for the b'fast need to wait in long queue, as soo many ppls also ..seems its school holiday, cant complaint much. jst hope they add more staff during school holiday.
Jst remembered abt the receptionist -(indian guy ) a bit stuck up when i asked for my confirmation thru phone conversation. - Kindly take note on that. But overall we have fun there...

Overall stay was good. Nice ambient. Friendly hotel staffs. One tip, be careful of the release of over heated water from the sprout pipe at the top of the sink. Must follow instruction very carefully. :)

We check in around 12 midnite. The staff was friendly enough. The room is great! Huge bathroom. Clean. Huge closet. Owh we got the studio room..The view was great..Great place to hide from the city busyness...had a great stay.. The room was warm enough at night, for me at least and not for my partner who complaint that he felt so cold. Highly recommended to all

Hotel is at a good state. The environment is great...and surely is a good place for relaxation.
I stayed at studio room...on which the view is facing the clubhouse(reception/restaurant). And I must say the room is waaaay too big...and the bathroom too!! But if you were to bring toddlers, be extra careful as the door is easily opened (from the inside of course). I think the hotel should have an extra latch placed at the higher position.
Tried the restaurant for dinner (ala-carte), the food is great too...and not too mention the quantity of the food in a plate. The price is considered cheap when you can be twice full by your own meal.
I would recommend to everybody...if you're ready to pay.

Just came back from Cameron. In term of location & Scenery this is the best eventhough we are facing cark park :)
We stay 2 night at Shasta 3+1 apt. I must say this is not suitable for group trip. No kitchen, no microwave, hot water only for the first 15min(yes-its true), wi-fi is charged. you can find hot water tank inside your closet :) - believe me. the complaints can go on but the scenery still the best :) i still recommend this hotel...

Have a smooth checked in and the staffs are all very friendly. Have one disapointment though. The room layout. I suppose the room was design for honeymooners. The bathroom taken 1/4 of the total area of the room. For my 2 cents worth it is a waste to have so large space in the bathroom. As I said earlier for those honeymooners it will be a perfect.
Again there was a a bit of problem, as when I entered my room the floor is wet. The saff should make sure the room is good enough for guest to check in. About the bathroom again, there is no floor matt on the bathroom. everythime we took a bath the floor will be wet agian. As the day I stayed is quite cool (raining day) it is impossibile to walk around the room without wear something. The water is very dirty. Can use the bath tub.

Quiet and nice environment. Very cooling. The room left not much space now. Before this was 1 single king size bed and now, 1queen bed + 1single bed. We called the reception to asked for a room with single king size bed and was inform that all studio room had been renovated as it is now. Hot water running out very fast. Don't even think of enjoying the bath tub with hot water. Breakfast not too bad. Sit at the balcony and enjoy the breakfast definitely enhance your appetite.
