Location Getting There
From Kuala Lumpur, drive north on the North South Highway. After
an estimated 1 1/2 hours drive, take a left at the Tapah/Cameron
Highlands turn off. Pass the toll booth and take a left at the traffic
lights ahead. You are now on the one and only road up the hill.
Drive on this road. You will reach Lata Iskandar waterfall on your
left after approximately 30 - 40 minutes. A tip while driving up
the hill is that should you be driving behind a heavy vehicle, wait
for its signal to overtake. These are experienced drivers who will
indicate to you the right moment to overtake their slow vehicle.
The
first town you will arrive is Ringlet. Just after the town is the
electro hydro dam on your right. Continue on and after another 30
minutes, you will arrive at Tanah Rata which is the main administration
town of Cameron Highlands.
Carry
on driving and you will hit Brinchang town. Drive through and after
another 20 minutes, you will reach the Resort where you will need
to take a right turn into the Resort driveway.
The total drive journey from Kuala Lumpur to the resort should take
you about a leisurely 3 1/2 hours.
By
train
A regular rail service from the Kuala Lumpur Main Railway Station
will take you to Tapah Road Town Train Station. Get off and take
the local bus to Tapah town bus station. There, you have a choice
of taking the local bus ride to Cameron Highlands, all the way to
Brinchang where you will hop off and take the local town taxi to
the Resort. Or you may take a taxi from Tapah town which will then
drive you directly to the Resort.
By
taxi
There are regular taxi services that ply between Kuala Lumpur and
Cameron Highlands.
*All bookings will be transacted in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia)

Not worth the money. RM300+
choose this hotel because believe that it locate at the highest place, but actually you can enjoy the same cool air at brinchang.
Tv, water heater, bath tub, all in terrible condition.
Lousy swimming pool and gym.
nothing special, don't waste your money there.

We are very satisfied with the room very clean, tidy and very quiet at night.
Health attitudes of service.
But there are two things to note is that
Rusty kettle
Mineral water with salty
Hope to improve.
As the works in progress near the morning time is very noisy.

My family had a good time at the Equatorial eventhough we took many hours to reach the hotel. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and it was really spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The only disappointment is that hotel did not provide a microwave in the kitchen. The TV in the master bedroom was blur as we couldn't get any reception but we're ok as there's another TV in the living room.Food at the Hotel Coffee House was good.Overall we had a pleasant stay here.Thank you CUTI :)

Cuti-cuti HOTEL VOUCHER stated, ARRIVAL: 03 Apr 2010 (Sat) 2:00pm... Wait for 1 1/2 hours for check in , the room not yet ready.. said receptionist will call us if the room ready... wait till for 1 1/2 hours in the lobby nobody call.. then go to the receptionist there ask, said the room was ready!!! the room lamp suis beside the bed all damage...
For the price I paid, the hotel could’ve been better. Definitely avoid, lots of other better places in Cameron.

Stayed here for couple of nights....a perfect vacation i would say....very nice weather...during my stay there,it was drizzling or cloudy most of the days,so it was so perfect....save yrself headaches by staying in brinchang town,if it falls on weekends or school holiday,it can get very congested there...the room was wonderful, they got two views, brinchang town view or the valley view,be sure to request for the valley view, you wont regret...!!!and mine came with balcony too...having a hot tea/coffee that early in the morning over looking the valley, was just mesmerizing...will definitely stay there in my next trip....the staff were very friendly, very fast check in and out...i did try their karouke lounge, was nice too....worth to spend yr money here,to enjoy yr stay here, try to make it there during off season.....

The whether was OK.
Located at Brinchang-the peak of Cameron make it the coolest place and nice to stay.
The food was tasteless except for the Strawberry Milk Shake.
I'm very disappointed with the room- need more upgrading to be called a 5 star Hotel
The carpet quite smelly.
My hubby and me can't slept very well as the sliding window give some vibrating sound from the wind (our room on 10 floor) .
Our toilet does not have any pipe at the toilet bowl. It's very uneasy to clean up.
Not worth to stay for a 5 star Hotel.
Will not come back again.

Stayed for 1N2D from 22/3 to 23/3 2008 in 2 bedrooms apartment. The rooms are ok but be careful withe the shower as the water was so cold and we hardly get the hot water. Yo have to wait about 45 mins of cool off period before you get the hot water. Breakfast was good. The check in and the check out process was fast. Some places of interest are nearby (walking distance)

stay was quite pleasant. rooms are ok, but definately needs better upkeep. Carpets dirty and stained. Reception staff were excellent. I had high fever the first night i was there and the staff were kind enough to look for panadol in their first aid box, but could not find any. Wonder what else is missing?? Food was so so.

my family and i stay there for 3 days 2 night and the reception give us 11th floor room.
when we step in the room is quite dirty n smelly carpet.
one more thing,my mom got asthma n dad call the operator to change the room n she said will confirm to change the room a.s.a.p but then nothing happen..how rude is that?!!
we also didnt get enough n good sleep because of the noise at the 12th floor. some renovation during 10:00am until 10:00pm. its like a nightmare for us !!
though it was a 5 star hotel but for me, i wont give even a single star for it..it would be the1st n the last time for me my family to stay there :(

The info says there's a heated indoor pool but it wasn't heated. Tried to swim and I understand how bad it was for the Titanic victims who had to float with the icebergs. Arrrgh!!

Saya dan family menginap 4 hari 3 malam (09 - 12.05.2007). Kami memilih bilik hotel. Walaupun semasa check-in bilik connecting yg. kami tempah tidak diperolehi tetapi atas permintaan kami keesokan harinya kami dipindahkan bilik seperti yang diminta. Terimakasih di atas layanan yg. baik sepanjang kami di sana. Percutian kami memang menyeronokkan.

The hotel has seen better days. I understand that it is a five star hotel, but i dont think it lives up to that billing any more. The view was great though. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide variety of western and local dishes. The staff were very friendly and were full of smiles. The general upkeep of the place leaves something to be desired with the landscaping looking a little run down. Overall it was enjoyable and i wouldnt mind staying here again but not until i've sampled some of the other places.
