2011-05-26 08:20:37   nur alyssa   the room that i've got so big enough maybe it's in the corner but dissapointed with the view outside my window which is facing rubbish disposal and the main road.the room and corridor also little bit smelly. what i like about this hotel is the pool and the private beach that me, my hubby and my lovely daughter enjoying much... . the b/fast also i still can accept their taste. this is the last choice hotel that i will go if others hotel are fully booked when we are walk check in. 2010-11-23 01:13:53   nourbayah   First of all, there are no control switch for the aircond. We have to switch on using the master switch located deep inside the cupboard. Then the aircond will be blowing so hard that the room will get very cold. Too cold. then we need to off the main switch... very troublesome. next, the TV remote control also not available and need to be requested from room svc. then we requested for extra pillow. After waiting for 80 minutes then only they sent the pillow, at midnight. Date of stay: 2010 Nov

No hotwater - have to wait 30min after turnon the tap to get hotwater(mentioned by receptionist), till later(already next day) to get it fixed; 2.Seaview room has some nice seaview fr balcony, but the balcony seems never cleaned before(cigarrete dust); Other than that, this hotel should improve on their buf bfst as it lacks variety. 2008-12-26 00:29:34   saeiyahm   Toilet was leaky - dont know the source, but bath mat was constantly soaking wet - even after squeezing out the water - it got soaking wet again in 30 mins. No face, hand towels or bath robes provided. Would appreciate hand towels, at least. We asked for the ground floor unit. However, the hallway leading to our room has a musty smell, probably due to the carpet being damp as guests would track water from the pool/sea when they return to their rooms. Would be good if the carpeted hallway be replaced with non-slip tiles - would be easier to clean and mop. However, we would return only because of its close proximity to a lovely beach. 2007-06-26 01:22:13   dpacemaker   I stayed there with my partner during a weekend in June. I booked a sea/pool view room. However, the view from my room was a tennis court, and the beach view is partially blocked by short coconut trees. Other than the view, I have no complains at all regarding the room they gave me. The room is very clean and neat when we checked-in. Checking-in wasn't a hassle at all. After checking-in, we made many calls to the Housekeepers and Maintanence departments, but their respond were quick and efficient. The facilities there are really good. We played table tennis and tennis. Although their equipments are worn, but still nicely kept. Their respond to our request for the games were efficient. The beach is nice, but the water is too salty. The sand is soft and white. However, the water sports are overly charged. RM 100 for jetskis. Breakfast buffets were of good quality but lack western variety. I have not met one rude staff during my stay. All were very friendly, and meet us with warm greetings and/or smiles. On a small note, Port Dickson has many small houseflies =.= Other than that, my trip was very enjoyable. Date of stay: 2007 Jun

2007-05-22 20:35:10   mayangsutera   Our family used to have a vacation here almost every year.. since before they change their management (previously known as Regency Hotel). if we mention about this resort my children will only remember their friendly 'Mr Singh' who is is always there to welcome you and your family. Our previous trip was on 4 to 6 May 07. Ever since from our last trip last two years, not much changes that really took place to be proud. As usually, we took two room connecting to each other. One the day one we check in, the air cond. was not working in the one of the room, the room also very smelly. Me and my children feel so exhausted (i think u can imagine how smelly it is, if the carpet is wet esp. in the room!!) plus the air cond is not working.. luckily after consulting their room service, they manage to get me another 'fresh room' upstairs.. but the air cond for the 2nd room is too cold, until my children having a bad flu on the next day.. nothing can be done as the air cond. has no control button/regulator to adjust the temperature. Having breakfast at their coffee house is just wasting your money. The Management should do something on foods.. Tasteless and not nice. The beach is not bad, clean and windy. I enjoy having foot massage on the beach side. The swimming pool is under renovation, but yet we still can swim and enjoy it very much. Overall, the Management should do something to upgrade the room, food, environment and facilities.. Date of stay: 2007 May

Attn : Selesa Management....pls look into this....... * pool very big, my kids very like it * beach very nice and clean....i like so much * buffet breakfast, 3 days i stay there..the same food.....nasik lemak and mee goreng...... * coffee house...certain table a lot of lalat......why...... * i try refleksologi near the beach......RM30.....not so best.......ok lah * accomodation clean.... * econ too cold........try to adjust maybe rosak....used 2,3 layer blanket at the night...... Kelana cafe buffet not much of varieties and food just OK. The pluspoint of the hotel is the beach view, cleanliness and the staff friendliness. Keep up the good work! 2007-03-07 13:05:57   kaka77   I stay during weekday for one night. The room condition was clean and tidy although there was no laundry bag in the room and the towel is quite old - ada koyak. The staff attitude was good. The breakfast was ok but no varieties - compared to Marriott Putrajaya and Century Mahkota Hotel Malacca. Teh Tarik and Roti Canai also there. Overall was ok. Breakfast held at the grand ballroom with limited seats, food are not refill quickly, in fact the foods is dissatisfactory at all and the service is bad from the kitchen crew. Overall, the room, the facilites is satisfactory and in fact will consider coming back to Selesa Beach Resort! Date of stay: 2007 Feb
