The hotel is in bad stage and very dirty. Too many flies at the cafe all day round and during they serve breakfast all the flies came to the food . The room I stay the air conditioning is leaking. The room is dirty. Not recommended as I regretted booking it when others hotel is full .

I stayed here sometime last year for a company event. The place was old and musky, paint peeling everywhere. Room still old fashioned, they use a key instead of keycard. And they gave only 1 key for a room shared by 2 people. What la wey??
Not keen on swimming. The lagoon sucks. When its low tide, you can see rubbish everywhere.
Food was so-so. Facilities also so-so.
The management tried hard to please their corporate guests to the extend of allowing an impromtu outdoor karaoke for the group, at an open space not far from other guests room on the ground floor. So there was some commotion when the other guests complained about the loud noise. Lots of shouting. The mgmt did try hard to please everybody, but they also seem to be easily pushed around.. Funny, the rules about these things should have been sorted out a long time ago since Corus has been around for quite some time.
Not likely to come back here

Been here for company trip. Not sure why review is not positive about this hotel but couldn't resist their chef's made satay. Very very delicious. Hotel room is clean and cozy and the environment is nice but not the beach.

Really a totally bad bad bad experience. Where bin the world a hotel still using normal key instead of card access to the room. The room smelly, air cond not cold n only 1 key given even for a twin sharing room. Crazy man...
Food..... the only word to describe... SUCKS....

deluxe room is ok but i was bitten by bed bugs on my arm, my neck and one behind my ear. obviously the bed is not clean

its good that they allowed check in at 12.30 coz of early arrival.
no beach, had to walk all the way to the other side but the beach full with seaweed washed ashore

so far the room is OK.the environment of the resort is also OK..nice view..though the frontline staff queit slow in doing all the check in and check out registration.The superior room is ok..suitable for 4 persons.
However wondering why the receptionist need to call us to remind our check out time at 12PM.Ofcourse all of us know when to check in and when to check out rite..
1 thing the worst and worsen about PD..The food and all those kedai makan is very bad..bad service..bad taste...and bad price...I cant even found any food stall that can make me really satisfied..sooo terrible!!!.. maybe it will be my last tyme to PD..orang2 PD sombong2 belaka!!

Terrible and worst customer service!
Especially when i wake up and see a note slid under the door stating we MUST check out by 12 noon or incur extra charges! What the heck! Never have i seen this in any other hotel, EVER!
Breakfast buffet was substandard with just chicken sausages? The cashier/receptionist in the entrance of the restaurant was rude, even calling my daughter, "This one we must charge"? Hey! Not even a good morning, and calling my daughter "this one"? Not to mention, all front line staff never smile, as if we owe it to the to stay there.
LAST TIME I EVER GO TO CORUS PARADISE!

Dear Chef, I know u can do half boiled egg better.
Sausage was too dry, nasi lemak hopeless.
HR - The hotel seems like operated by trainee, they are everywhere!! guests are treated by trainee with trainee standard. still ok lah, they will do their best anyway.
entertainment - perhaps hotel might consider to extend the karaoke and game arcade until at least 1am as like what other hotel usually does.
Front office - very garang!!, I was standing in front of the counter, 3 staffs don't know doing what looks so busy but doing nothing, walk front and back expressing stress face and let me standing in front of the counter for 5 minutes without welcoming me.
Beach - erm.. the hotel not for beacher. nothing to proud with the 'c' shape.
frankly, never take more that what u give. 195 just worth it.

Overall is ok...but no seaside to swim.....if we want to go to the beach we have to go out ..to the teluk kemang beach... this hotel dosen't have it's own "pantai".....we go to PD to go to the beach..but here only strait view.... the food ..very bad taste....don't know how to describe...like makcik kat umah yg prepare the food....not chef of the hotel...anyway the room is comfortable....with the 2 queen size bed room ..for a small family...like us...

I thought I want to book a room for my family during this coming school holiday but after I have read a lot of bad comments about this Hotel...I am really frustrated due to the fact that Chorus Hotel is linked with Berjaya Vacation Club. I guess the Management must CHANGE the GM of this Hotel.

This is my first time staying in the hotel, I am lucky to hav a parking space during Freedom Party last week.
Front Desk: The staff not so organise, maybe the person who attend me was a newcomer.
Room: When i get into the room, the floor is still wet and i think the housekeeping just finished mob the floor.
Security: When I came back from party nearly 3am, I was greeted rudely by a security guard, the way he sit n talk to me is very very rude. I didn't expect a service industry like Corus Hotel will hired such a person. I am so dissapointed with this matter.
Food: Not much variety of food, not even a curry chicken was served. Previously when i work in a 3star hotel, the meal is even better than what I had in Corus. The hotel definitely need to do something about this.
Beside that few things listed above, others were good for me eg. pool, seaview, lobby interior n the sofa were comfortable, the bed is so comfortable. I hope the management will do something which could uphold their star rating.

My trip was great except the hotel does not provide free wireless broadband access to its hotel customer which i think internet access should be a very common additional service that a hotel can provide to its customer. Overall I\'m satisfied.

Small room, but maybe because they put two queen beds in one room. Thought it would be much bigger, since I need to have two queen beds considering I'm coming with three small children.
A bit dissappointed when they asked me to pay for breakfast for my 5 yr old daughter, who actually only eats cereals, and they wanted to charged me RM15?? Anyway they backed off when my husband argued about it.
