We end up having cold bath..Other than that, my daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. Date of stay: 2011 Sep

2011-03-21 11:15:21   sgloo   We booked 3 bedrooms apartment n it's poor in condition. Not worth as it charged. Unit it's smelly. Floor tiles n carpet were not really clean n lot of stain is stick on it. Bathroom shower curtains were filthy, looks like never being changed for long time. Tap knobs were a bit rusty. Sofa cover was not changed for long time, body get itchy after sitting/lay down for awhile. Room cabinet was dusty and not maintained properly. Nobody actually take action until we met maintenence staffs in one of the elavator (at about 9.30pm) then only they came to fix the problem. Overall the apartment is old and dirty. 2010-06-24 02:05:51   june low   this is the second time i stay at this hotel. that is 10 years ago. at the moment, this hotel is every old , corridor light not work, than the lock spoilted . furniture rosak here and there .we gonna lock in the room for 1/2 hour cause cannot open than change to another room, unfortunately the long bath sumbat aiyo. breatfast very expensive, look like 3 star hotel charging is 5 star hotel rate. If u are the people very particulars,please i advance DUNT, u r no suitable . than one thing i need give them a good respect , swimming pool. i dun noe that is life guard or what, but at the same time surounding the swimming pool have 3 to 4 people is watching around . good. safety ma. thks. I dont understand what is the reason behind and allowed people with long pant ( tights ). WHY LA ! Dont tell me a policy again and again as the policy can be changed from time to time and condition. 2009-12-27 11:55:01   rmujibur   Your hotel is a 4 star but unfortunately few things were not exhibited. 1. Walkway from main lobby to the apartments was not clean and tidy. 2. Apartment lift doors and inner walls were not clean and shiny. 3. Lot of chipped off tiles along walkway from lift to the room. 4. Kitchen and living room floor tiles were not really clean. 5. Bathroom shower curtains were filthy, looks like never being changed for long time. 6. Tap knobs were a bit rusty. 7. Few Window lock levers were broken/jammed. Need to open as living area was not air-conditioned. 8. The only one ceiling fan in living area running very slow even the controller was set at FULL speed and not mounted in the middle of sofa area. 9. Sofa cover was not changed for long time, body get itchy after sitting/lay down for awhile. 10. On of room bed was not firm and making noise. 11. Balcony guard/fencing top was getting rotten as it is made of wood. Very dangerous. 12. Bed side lightings were not in good condition. 13. Room cabinet was dusty and not maintained properly ( paintwork and cracked here and there) 14. Fridge condition - missing freezer cover, interior and exterior were not really clean. 15. Cooker hood and hotplates were not maintained properly. Please remove them if cooking is not allowed. 16. Electric kattel was not working properly. Date of stay: 2009 Dec

2009-12-14 11:12:38   lynnmdasuki   Dissappointed with the food. a) The liveguards at the kids pool is OVERPROTECTIVE. They are like scrutinizing every people's movement. Well, can be understood they r just doing their job BUT, it can be done POLITELY!!!! With fierce face and all, they will make d kids drown with their scary faces! b) with 2 kids and an infant, and a maid to be taken care of, it took me a liitle bit more time to check out. The room keeper technically CHASE us out by knocking d door forcefully and askd: BILA NAK CHECK OUT?? Then, they even cut off d electricity to our room at 1.15pm. We understand it is scholl holiday n many people dying to check in BUT, again, DO IT NICELY AND POLITELY. Kata org melayu: BUDI BAHASA BUDAYA KITA.. TAhulah org melaka kan... PLS IMPROVE!!
