The corner bar by the pool is the perfect spot to unwind after a long hard day - whether its over a drink with friends or a dip in the pool. Whilst our spacious pool deck within easy access to the bar, allows you and your friends to throw parties and have fun.

The hotel was very nice. Strategic place. walking distance to Hock Choon (supermarket), 7 Eleven n just opposite Victoria Station. Very convenient for tourist. The room was big n nice. We can even cook in the room. Overall i'm being satisfied with the room facilities.
The Front Office - I dont know why the receptionist in Malaysia hotels was so hard to smile or being nice to local customers. This is not the 1st time i'm facing this kind of problem. We're not suppose to get this egoist face from 4 or 5 stars hotel. Especially to the local customer. Hellooooo...we're not staying at your hotel for free. We want equivalence service from the money that we spend at your hotel. Please look forward into this matter.
Coffee House - my breakfast experience was below my expectation. For RM230 (cuti.com price) n RM380 ( walk-in price) i think the breakfast was below average. Though the food taste was good but no much choice. i.e quality was good but bad in quantity.
Shuttle service - on my 2nd day at the hotel i try the shuttle bus service. I ask the reception do we have to do any booking for the shuttle bus. They say no. u just wait at the lobby. The bus is schedule at 10am. I've waited there at 9.35 and at 10am i saw the shuttle bus driver and one customer(regular customer) walk towards the bus. The shuttle bus driver didn't even approach us or ask if we need the service or not till i saw the driver close his door and i ask my son to ask if the bus go to KLCC. I assume the driver didn't saw 5 of us (me with 3kids n my old mother) standing at the lobby entrance. i was sitting beside one of the customer. She say she used to stay there so consider as regular customer. I ask her if the shuttle bus can pick us back to the hotel. The customer say yes. If they didn't pick, you just call the hotel. They will send their staff to pick you. When i reach KLCC, i ask the driver will u pick us at klcc. the say NO. They only send u there. I was like oh ok. But on my mind was like do they have their pick-up service to CERTAIN CUSTOMER (regular customer). But why...?
