2011-12-22 23:18:58   uzaimi   Just got back from the hotel today. Stayed for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Superior room is spacious, clean, equipped with pantry corner with sink. Internet connection is ready and free. Breakfast is nice, plenty of food mixed of local and western with real fresh orange & apple juice. Excellent location overlooking at the cove with marina & yatch. The pool is nice so does the changing room complete. The lobby is simple deco with 4 queen bed as sofa. Can relaxed while waiting to check in at 3.00pm. Date of stay: 2011 Dec

2010-12-26 22:00:59   salmi68   Looks does not deceit afterall, it's similar as in the picture. We enjoyed our stay here especially my children, looking forward to the pool. Breakfast was good with varieties, should improve more on speedy registration for guests and look into a friendly-user room where can accomodate more than 3 children with their parents. I have to book 2 rooms- one room my husband have to stay with the sons while another room I have to stay with daughters.... Date of stay: 2010 Dec

2010-11-24 21:40:28   ktooi1   I am really disappointed with Hotel reservation that can accept the online reservation after working hour (9am - 6pm), but cannot be contacted if any thing happen in urgent. Just like my case, they cannot answer my phone call immediate but gotta wait until next morning. Then they claim that have to charge me full amount at NO SHOW. This is really not fair, where booking can made after working hour. I only able to speek to the telesales (Hayati & Rozaina), and the superior is totally ignore and refuse to talk direct to me, I am wonder the service by the hotel reservation. Which channel i can go thru to make this complaint again? They claimed that they do not have the customer service dept also. So, when the problem arrised, they keep on to tell me all this is under policy! Why there is policy that customer have to make cancellation 3 days prior the booking date, but you can accept booking online at the same date? Somemore the time of the booking is at 11.30pm on 23rd, and the booking is approved immediately? I am wonder this service and the feedback by the hotel. In fact, this morning when i called, Hayati informed that she can accept to change date to 27th, but the room available is only the executive suite which is charge at RM348 nett, and I agreed with her. Somehow, she called back again said she gave wrong information, where they have to charge me full on 23rd booking at NO SHOW. Date of stay: 2010 Nov

2010-10-26 00:35:19   Mera Noyks   This is my 3rd times staying here. Overall is satisfactory. Was very impressed with the interior of deluxe room in View Wing for 1st stay but after that I always got the new room at new wing & can't get the queen bed room because they said all rooms are fully booked! Lots of visitors especially weekend so the front desk is very hectic & bit unarranged so we have to wait for quite some time for check out. Bell boys are very helpful & always smile. Keep it up! Have to improve on breakfast menu selection. All rooms are provided with complete facilities for me, eg: kettle, iron, LCD tv, internet connection, etc. Already in my preference list & would not mind recommending this hotel to my friends. We stayed in a super deluxe room and the bed is dusty and full of mites (or unknown insect), after spending one night there, me and my whole family were bitten by some kind of micro insect on the bed and our whole body was itchy and radish patches started to appeared after scratching. This is not only happened to us, my brother-in-law's family stayed in the different room (at different floor) also having the same problem like us. Services: It was 9:00pm Saturday night and we went to the Sailors Drink Shop for a couple of beers and was treated badly by the waitress. We ask for beer and she didn't even answer us not even staring at us. It took her 20 minutes to send us the beer and there's only a few people in the bar. The place is dark and there were broken pieces of glass on the floor and I stepped on some and luckily I was not wearing slippers. There was no food serving after 10pm on Saturday not even bits and bites being served for drinkers. When reached 11:00 pm a bar supervisor stepped in and asked us to leave for closing and we haven't even finished our beer and she kept looking at her watch and staring at us impatiently. The only staff that makes us feel welcome in the entire resort is the bell boy that opened our car door and greeted us when we arrived. Very disappointing and we will NEVER go back to Avillion Admiral Cove anymore in our entire life. Date of stay: 2010 Aug

2010-08-02 15:55:48   azuan98   Stayed only 1 nite. 1) Room-Superior room. As per pic. 2) swimming-I like the lay out of the pool and the view. Very cozy and good for children with supervision. 3) Food- Price very reasonable-RM 35/pax for dinner buffet. Not much choice but very tasty. 4) Check in-very efficient. even though my check in time was the same time with the group tourist, but they already allocate my room with the keys. Hassle free... 2010-03-21 15:21:08   anelka75a   I been there for my family vacation early March 2010. I choosed this resort based on guest comments section and room rate displayed in www.cuti.com.my. Yes, they are right. The resort and it service was really good and super clean. The only things that you should consider before stay in this resort is the building was not friendly for babies, disable and gold ages. Too many steps and no lift to lower level towards to outdoor walkways. There is also no covered connection to the cafe next building for breakfast. The place itself is fascinating especially the view. We like the pool very much.. it's like a garden concept pool. Breakfast was ok. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation. Thanks to Cuti team. 2009-11-13 19:01:28   ededed   I stayed at their Straits Studio 3D/2N. Rooms are spacious and clean. View is seaview. Front desk personel are friendly and helpful. Breakfast not much choice however food is tasty. This hotel not link with beach so you gotta travel a lil bit to go to the beach. Front Desk personel I give a plus point as they are really helpful. I brought a wine and couldn't open it as I forgotten to bring the opener. I asked for help and received help in just 10mins-EXCELLENT! My only bad encounter was when I call for housekeeping, there was always no answer so I gotta seek help from reception. I requested to change towels and gotta make 3 phone calls for it. They also have this cool looking two-wheeler machine that can be rented I assume. I only notice it upon my check-out so it was too late for me to try on it. 2009-06-01 12:14:41   allijd   Overall my husband and me had a good stay. Our room was very clean. Better than what I expected. Everything in the room was in good working order. Only one thing to be improved. The decoder for ASTRO is mounted behind the TV so we had to get up from the couch/bed to change the channels. Also the water pressure for the shower was a bit low. For those who don't like air-con so much, the room is equipped with a ceiling fan. Our room was not facing the Marina but we had an ok partial view of it. The beach is just a very short walk next to the hotel. The stretch of the beach is shared by Selesa Beach and Regency Tanjung Tuan, clean, clear water, soft sand and not too many stones. Their pool is a reasonable size. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:30am. Spread was decent, food tasty, I especially liked their chicken sausages. You can opt to sit inside or outside by the Marina. The staff especially the front desk are very courteous and helpful. Whenever we had a request, they would attend to it quickly. There was an instance where my husband did not have a lighter and could not drive out to get one, the front desk clerk came up to our room and gave us his lighter. Talk about service :) We would definately recommend this place to our friends. Date of stay: 2009 May

It seems that the housekeeping do not clean those spots. No complain on the other amenities. The breakfast is ok. The scenary is lovely. Can consider to stay if you wan relaxing atmosphere.
