Parking are OKAY, maybe can expand for parking area. reception not too bad. room are very clean and great! pool are good and facilities like snooker, ping pong is good. breakfast need be improve for choice of food and location. we will come again for next trip. 2010-12-14 16:27:25   norazee   this my second time vacation at these hotel...check in was breeze, eventhough delay for 15min due to cleaning of our unit...tqvm to CUTI.COM for fulfiying our requirement, with each room having sea scenery eventhough it was garden suite, nice and large unit apt, good and functional aminities....definitely will come back for next vacation and money worth...keep up the good job.... 2009-12-29 00:30:12   jovovick   Check in tine is 2.00pm, but the room is not cleaned after being used by previous customer until 6.30pm. When reporting the issue to reception, they offer to downgrade my room to another cheaper room. Room is without toilet tissues, requested one via reception but never arrives. Ask for cup, and was told to go to reception personally to get it. The shower water heater is malfunctioning, and the shower is broken, a bucket is given to bath instead. We spent our Deepavali holidays at Ancasa at their 3 bedroom apartment... the place good.. we felt like staying at home... rooms were clean, water pressure was good..house keeping staffs were helpful... walking distance to the beach... good sea view from our balcony... 3 days 2 nights, pleasure staying at Ancasa.... would highly recommend for those that would like to spend memorable time with their family.. thanks to Ancasa Team n Cuti.com Team... 2009-02-21 15:43:44   kodokers   Stayed during the chinese new year long weekend,not too difficult to find the place,as somebody mentioned before parking is a constant nightmare if u wish to go in and out of resort by vehicle but nevertheless the security guards were helpful in looking ard for an empty lot(lack of parking lots maybe due to the long holidays).Check-in was a breeze and we were quickly off to our apts.The welcoming drink was a nice touch after our long drive.Rooms were nice and clean with towels, air cons were working well,water heaters too,furniture well maintained.Floors feels a little bit sticky but I`m ok with it.Breakfast was good with ample choices(try the crispy roti canai).Pool was disappointingly small,amenities such as volleyball court,spa gdns and pony rides(try not to let your kids ride it though,witnessed the boy handlers mistreating 1 of the ponies).Theres a small gate leading to the beach where u can play banana boat rides,jet skis,kite flying and stalls that sells food along the whole stretch. 2008-11-17 11:29:31   Zafren   We spent our last holiday at Ancasa. The resorts very close to Pantai Perangainan Telok Kemang. I booked our reservation via CUTI. Its easy way and safe money. Thanks CUTI. I used our CUTI Voucher as our single check-in document. It took just second minute. Our seaview room type apartment are at floor 8. At this level it gave us nice panorama. The room are widely and clean suitable for our 6 family members. Nevertheless, water preasure in our room are quiet slow. The Hot water unit also need for repairing. The great thing are the Resort offer all my family vacation needs as well as swimming pool, garden, closed to beach, recreation facilities both indoor and outside game and the nice foods. The Resorts staff served us very friendly and they also always keep an eyes for our children inside swimming pool. Our 2d1n stayed satified our short vacation. I think we'll back.
