Stayed there for a night. Here is my feed back :
1. Room & toilet are ok except for the aircondition which was very poor but cold when reaching morning.
2. Bathroom are acceptable. Sliding door broken at the baranda.
3. Dinning for breakfast was not that good. Flies here and there, the food was not refilled quickly making you feel disappointed.
Overall rating are ok but for a quality that they have now the rooms should only be charged at RM120/night.

We stayed from 14th June 2010 till 17th June 2010. Everything was nice, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet spread could be more widen. At least a few malay kuihs should be in the spread. Fresh omelette stall could be included. Make breakfast a fun scene. The was no staff/life guard around the pool. Serious accident could happen anywhere/anytime.
Overall was excellent. :-)

Stayed there for 5d/4n during a course held from 16 - 20 February 2009. Overall i'm satisfied with the services provided especially to those who have helped me a lot in organizing such event. But need some improvement of the cleanliness of the guest room (especially the toilet), the food served should varies more and certain meeting facilities need to be upgraded. And, have to do something for the karaoke rooms. It's such a waste to abandon the rooms just like that when you can do something about it!

I have stayed in this hotel in May 08. Standard room which offered to me is not bad.Toilet is clean, air con works fine, carpet is clean, etc. Few thing need to improve are :-
1) the receptionist must more profesional when interface with customer.
2) TV setting or receiver so bad.

The lighting in the corridor to hotel room is way too dim and the carpet are dirty. The room door for room 519 is very difficult to open, I really hope the hotel management will look into it as it is bad. The room have funny odour when the aircond is off and the bathroom door is broken and the bath tub stained. The TV is not tuned to the correct channel (basically I think that TV is for display purposes only!!) and there is no remote control for the TV too. The wardrobe also not clean and come with broken hanger. The hotel breakfast is lousy, for RM12 a person I can easily get a lot of tastier food outside of the hotel.

Before going I read the reviews about the hotel which made my heart pounded as they were bad reviews. Now that I have come back from my saty there, I can assure you that the hotel isn't as bad as the comments. My family and I had a wonderful time there. The room is very clean and the bathroom is clean too. The room is not smelly. It is cleaned every morning and we came back to a nice well kept room. Towels were changed everyday and room amenities were supplied every morning too. The view is good. Air-con works very well. We had a wonderful stay.

1-room too dirty
2-only one plug to be used for TV and ice box. if u wanna watch tv, u cant use the ice box. no tv remote. hahahaa.
3-toilet door like public toilet
4-dusty carpet dusty room. very2 dusty! trust me!
frankly, this is the worst hotel. not like other 3 stars hotel. just like NO STAR hotel/motel.

i already survey in internet dated april,10 2006, the price for duluxe room only rm105 but when i check in the hotel, the price was different rm 110. i think this hotel was lying me due to the diffrent price. the bed in the room also not good, why i said this because the bed were combine single bed to be a twin size. to me whatever type of hotel it is, cleanlinessis the utmost and so do politeness. But this hotel is lacking in both. The cutlery - cups, teaspoons are stained. the toilet seat in my room has some crusty thing on it, the towels did not smell fresh. The staff are not taught how to greet customer - just a simple and sincere "selamat pagi puan"; or "thank you for staying in our hotel, hope you have a pleasant journey". I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.
