ainunr | | great for family outing!!located nearby kuah town.i booked two units of 2-room apartment,stayed there for 3D2N with my family.
we arrived in langkawi by earliest flight and upon arrival,i went to the hotel and requested for early check-in.they allow me to check-in around 11.30am.tqvm.
however,we had to move to another apartment due to the toilet was clogged.however they managed to arrange it within half an hour.
overall,the room facilities are okay.the room is spacious and the air-cond is well-functioned.they have a few interesting astro channels.
on the next day,we asked for housekeeping and were told that it is the hotel policy of not to clean the apartment unless u stayed for more than 2 nights.i didn't see the rationale but,okay,it's your policy,fine!!those who intend to book this hotel,pls take note,kay!
we asked them to change the towels,and i asked for 4 towels and a blurred lady who answered the phone said "why four"??and i asked her "why not 4,bcos i'm staying in a 2-room aprtmnt which can accomodate up to 4 guests??we were given fresh towels minutes after that.
the breakfast was okay.but don't expect too many choices are served for the breakfast.but for me,still ok ...

azroy77 | | we lost our money & hp as our room got broke in,report has been lodged in kuah police station.There is lack of monitoring & supervision by safety guards,such as housekeepers can simply access into our room when it empty.On top of that,i also would love to suggest if management could improve on breakfast menu selection..

we very satisfied with everything provided there..from the staff at reg counter, the parking lot, the condo itself ( fully furnished with washing machine, refrigerator, electric keetle..also have kiblat direction for muslim..), even got new towel every morning ^_^..
suitable place to stay for family vacation..

in the information counter there is washing machine in condo unit but only find refrigerator...there is no kiblat direction for Muslim and the view from the windows is eye soring as u can see unmanaged kampung's house scattered around the condo.
Food is ok but no varieties.

cons :
* some of the furniture outdated
* not enough extra towels / pillows
* breakfast could be better
* no / lack of toiletries - not replenished
* sauna needs work - broken light bulbs, damaged wood interior

razlan58 | | I felt upset with the management of Century Suria. Firstly the Breakfast menu on 1st day was very limited. Surprisingly on 2nd day we were told no breakfast but was given a 1 liter each packet drink of Chrysanthemum Tea, Soya Milk and Full Cream Milk with 1 loaf of High5 bread. So my family and me when to nearby hawkers stall to have breakfast which is much better and comfortable. 2ndly we stay for 2 nites, the room was not clean and no housekeeping was carried out on the 2nd morning.Towels was not replaced. The resorts staff was not friendly and we felt like strangers.This is not the 1st time me n family stayed here. the 1st time was in late 2004. Pls improve the toiletries, housekeeping management and reception welcoming checking out.

diquenon | | stayed for 3D2N. luckily i asked about the washing machine prior to my stay. this condo really need refurbishment. not enough pillows, when asked for extra pillows/bed said that there's not enough (maybe it was school holiday - accepted). food was bad not much choices, not enough somemore (again - bcoz of school holiday?). u guys should be prepared for school holidays then...3 star rated..not qualified. small swimming pool, no garden, luckily there's pool table at the lobby, but of course have to pay rm2 per game

| amind | | We're told by the condo staff that washing machine is only provided for long term tenant. This really disappointed us as we had chosen this place specifically because washer is provided, per the website. In addition, there's no astro channel. Guesses are advised to bring along their own cups, spoons, plates etc as the condo only provides 1-2 items in the kitchen even though the unit can accomodate 6 adults.
