Booked a 3rooms appartment, staying in 4 person. One of my friend, a girl checked in first. Given an occupied room! The third party were not happy either. And i reckoned its quite dangerous like this especially my friend is a girl. Although hotel want to give us free breakfast, but we already have plan to enjoy penang food. We were quite rush to revert whether to take up their offer neither nor they ask us again. Room also not like what shown is pictures. Its very old and dim.

Overall is up to my satisfactory. The apartment room is clean & tidy, especially the air-cond is working fine.
One thing I'm not satisfy is that CUTI did not make the payment to the hotel upon my check-in. But the hotel still guaranteed on the room even without the payment, which end up I have to pay a deposit more than what I paid CUTI. And end up spoiling my mood for the entire trip.

the place was OK. The staff a friendly but not all of them. The apartment rooms is nice and suitable for family with a maid. Yes there's a room for the maid!!
This is my 1st time experience where buffet breakfast you need to order from the list of 5-6 menu. quite troublesome. We definitely can't order all the menu and the service is slow although there are around 5-6 waitress were there.
