Had a 1-nite stay at Lexis water chalet for a weekend holiday. Overall review as below:
Pros:
1. Check-in was fast (instead of school holiday season)
2. Guests will be taken to chalets by buggycar. No hassle carrying your luggage and walking to your room/chalet.
3. Room is nice ( we took deluxe ). I have no complains on that..everything worked fine.
4. Swimming pool is ok even though its quite small ( i heard Grand Lexis has better and larger pool)
5. Staff were very warm and helpful.
Cons:
1. Breakfast buffet spread variety can be improved. No flies around as reviewed previously.
2. The signboard to the chalet is not so clear. Management should put a larger signboard at entrance from the main street. I had to refer to the signboard to Glory Beach Resort before finding the exit to Lexis.
Overall rating : Satisfied with the service and would recommend it to families/ honeymooners.

Just returned from a few nights stay at this hotel. Took the Premium Tower Seaview room, so I got a great view from the balcony overlooking the water chalets down below, the jetty not too far away and the ships berthing there. Unlike the seaview rooms at other places where it is pitch black at night and you can’t see a bloody thing, here, you do have a very lovely view even at night-time.because the ships, the jetty, the chalets down below are all beautifully lit.
The room had all the usual facilities, so I guess it was generally okay. A few things I must mention:-
1. The bathroom is the entrance to the room. The sink is right smack in front of the door, so it’s kinda awkward for me. I would’ve preferred not to feel self-conscious that somebody might be peeping through the peephole whilst I was brushing my teeth clad in only a towel.
2. The air-con switches off automatically around 3 am. Can’t switch it back on. It’s darn hot I tell ya!
3. At night when I rush out to dinner, I do not expect anyone to enter my room to leave cookies or anything at all. They’ve done the housekeeping during the day, so why enter again and again? So I don’t like it when they do, even if it’s for a nice gesture of giving cakes or cookies.
4. My left elbow itched a bit after spending the night on the hotel bed… Not sure whether it was the bed or something I ate. The bed looked clean, but then again, you never know...
5. Food at coffee house is satisfactory. But there are lots of flies buzzing around.
6. There’s a perpetual ringing somewhere in the room. I thought it was the TV but the sound is still there even when I switched it off. I don’t know where it came from. Luckily it wasn’t that loud so I was able to tune it off in my mind, otherwise it would’ve driven me bonkers.
7. I like the fact that they replenish everything after the 1st night, even the toothbrush, shaver and shower caps. Many hotels don’t do that as these things can still be used a few more times.
8. No food in fridge. Gotta bring your own. So, I didn’t have to deal with naughty little hands opening a RM15 macadamia packet even when I told them not to...haha. I loike!!
9. The room came with 1 king sized bed + 1 queen sized bed. So, plenty of space for everyone.
10. Water heater doesn’t heat hot enough. It’s okay for shower, but for the tub, by the time it fills up, it’s already cold. It’s no fun bathing in tepid water, let alone cold.
No huge complaints though. Service is generally good. They responded quite fast when I called up for them to fix something faulty. So, I’m pleased. Had a good time there and I don’t mind going again.

I was very disappointed. The room was extremely in need of maintenance.
When I first step into the room I was taken aback with the smell of old wood, trust me not foresty at all. The room floor creaked when you walk. The smudges on the barrier looked like a dried up ceiling after a bad leak.
Food was ok, nothing special. We had to walked next door at the water homes for dinner since Lukut has nothing to offer unlike Teluk Kemang.
Just a few pointer to check out the water homes before placing a booking at the water chalet. I have a feeling water homes have more to offer.

We stayed in premium water chalet, we are pleased with the room, the room design is very nice but filled with dust. The coffee house's staffs friendly and polite.
The signboard is not big enough to be seen and we had difficult time to find it out. For receptionists they should treat the guest friendly and being more efficient.
The floor in the room is slippy and cause one of my friend fall down.

we had an excellent stay, the staff were very friendly, the room spotless, everything was in working condition. and breakfast the following day good. The aim of this stay must be to lay back and not hear the hustle n bustle of city life. our chalet provided just that. i strongly recommend this

we check here last weekend. Overall our staying here is goo n satisfied, especially the room. We stayed at premium water chalet. The room is spacious n unique, we like the bathroom concept n the glass floor panel. Unfortunately the sea water is dirty n smelly. The breakfast is useless n rated for 3 star only although the hotel is 5 star. My family love the pool n the room, but not the beach near by..its look dirty. The front service is friendly n helpfull. Plan to comeback again next time..if we have extra money coz the rate is expansive.

It was a nice place to stay but we were dissatisfied with the receptionist's services. No smiling face and not efficient enough. Seems like we owed them lots of money or probably their father or mother had just passed away. Upon my arrival, i gave them my Cuti letter which i printed out from my computer after i made the payment. But they insisted me to show my bank in slip which unfortunately i did not not bring it with me. So, dear Cuti Team, you should take action with this matter seriously cause as far as i'm concerned, we just have to show the letter only. I was not inform to show the bank in slip so i didn't bring it along. We have to quarrel bout this matter with the receptionist and it made us so fed up. Just imagine, we are facing problem when we just stepped up to the reception. It was so awful!
The second problem was, before we check out, we've already informed the receptionist that we would like to extend our check out time to 3pm which they'll be charging for RM30 per hour and we agreed to pay for it. And before time's up, there was a malay guy who keeps ringing the bell and knocking on the door. I was taking my shower and have to stop immediately to hide myself cause when you open the door, you can see the whole bathroom. My partner went to open the door and the malay guy asked us to check out. So we check the time, it was another 45 minutes to our check out time. Oh my god! What is all this? So we called up to the reception to ask what's going on? She said she'll check it out and get back to us but she did not call back at all. It seems like we did not pay for the room charges and they want us to be out of there as soon as possible. How rude! We paid for around RM500 per night to get all this services? I rather throw the money into the ocean!
In the end, my partner was very upset with all this interruption and decided to leave immediately. I think this was the worst's management water chalet that i have ever stayed before. Luckily we only stayed for one night.
I hope The Legend's management will give more training to the receptionists to improve the efficiency to serve the guests better in future. We are there to have a pleasant holidays, not interrupted holidays just because of your poor management's skills. Please give a warm welcome with a smiling face when serving a guest as this is very important. Thank you!

Overall it was a good stay. However, I find the layout of the room a bit odd as the moment you step into the room, it is the bathroom. So, when one wants to enter or exit the room, they will have to go through the bathroom. Very inconvenient!

We stayed in a delux room and a executive room. seaview!!!!!!!!
The incident was.. the bathtub spoiled before we check in so one room being upgrade. only incovenient part is we stay further with another friend. small matter since staff there are nice.
The beach nearby is dirty and small though. so this trip we fully enjoy in the hotel only.
