I booked this hotel directly from their website which is much cheaper than Cuti. But the reason I'm writing here is because I highly recommended this hotel due to their great customer service. First of all, we booked Executive Deluxe room but upgraded to Suite because the rooms are full. Staying in Executive rooms really worth your money because of the VIP treatment you'll get. The room, bed, bathroom and buffet are all a satisfactory. The best is during check-out, we realized that we lost our daughter's bunny rabbit soft toy though we looked everywhere in the room, so we informed the reception. They really took the pains of looking for it, and even 3 days after the check-out, they call us back to tell that the bellman found it in the lobby area! My daughter really love this bunny so I'm really grateful to them and very satisfied with their hospitality. If there's more thumb-up here, I would give all!Great job! We'll surely return here in our next visit!

Boulevard hotel is more comfortable then Cititel, Breakfast was delicious and spread generous, Staff was friendly and helpful. This is their Plus point! Kudos to the front office staff!
Only the parking is shared with Midvalley (H sector), thus little difficulty bringing the shopping to the car.

I stayed here for two days from 3rd Oct and checked out on the 5th.
Firstly I am a Malaysian, wanted to take a break in KL even though I had a choice of staying in my parents house.
I chose Boulevard for the convenience of being i)in a huge shopping mall and ii)near the public transport (KTM Komuter).
The problems I saw, if you were to drive there was the parking. When we arrived at about half one in the afternoon on a Friday, for some strange reason they closed up level 4 of the H zone. It was only when there was a huge backlog of cars and everyone was honking when they decided to open up level 4 thus allowing us a parking space.
Checking in was easy and fast and I was pleased with the room. It was a nice size, adequate amenities BUT the downside was there was no hose next to the toilet.
Security was good - you need your access card to get to the floors. However, the slot was so lowly placed on the lift panel that we spent about a minute looking for it! Better signage pls...
Wild Rice restaurant has a fantastic ambience. Loved the fact that the tables were placed a good distance from each other that you never felt that other ppl were invading your space. The outdoor section is breezy and cool.
Food choice is rather good. Strange to have 'cekodok' and creme brulee for breakfast though! Loved the nasi lemak but though I loved the sambal, i think there should be a warning for the foreigners who might not be able to stomach it! I mean, I can take the 'pedas'ness but it was a bit on the hot side.
Finally, when you check out, if you had brought a car, they will provide you with a coupon for RM5 for per entry. but what if someone drove there and needed to go back and forth out of the hotel? We parked on the day we checked in and only drove out on the day we checked out so we saved RM15 (if we hadn't a coupon from the hotel, the fee would have been RM20) but for a 5 star hotel, I think Boulevard should think about acquiring their own parking.
All in all, enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back, finances permitting! Hehe.
