room - not to my satisfaction. as a 3star hotel and located at the very popular holiday destination (for malaysian and foreigners) you should do something with your room. your deluxe room "fantastic". it look like a 3 star kampung hotel. for 'deluxe room' terrible..... so smallllllll, look like standard room if compare with other hotel. your room facility ....... i think only bed, blanket, pillow and bathroom. no tea or coffee making facilities.
the only thing your check-in and check-out system is 5star. very fast (if you have make earlier reservation). location also very good, easy access to in-door park, food outlet and shopping complex.
let say i want to come again for holiday at genting, i think first world hotel is my last choice. your room rate is not worth with our money.

this is my 1st time i need to get a Q ticket to get my check in...does anyone know that they got more than 6000 rooms. i dont like the wait. moreover the superor delux seems very nice on all their website but its not the same. i pay so much more to get a newly revamp room but its like the same as the normal rooms. the breakfast cafe looks more like a canteen!!but the location is the best out of the rest of the hotels

Stayed in 1st World on 30th July. Unplanned vacation. Had to wait about 1/2 hour, though it was wedn but it was ok. This time ard, I'm quite satisfied with the room. Clean and privacy. We got the last room on the top floor. As usual, checking out from the hotel was no issue.

Took 2 hrs 45 mins to check in. Took a number 574 from 2 p.m. could only check in at 4.45 p.m. One day gone. Lugguge dept full so I could not move around while waiting. Room not clean, bathroom full of hair. Tiny room like Tunes hotel altho the price was RM165. Breakfast poorly served. Guests had to dip into the food with their own spoons and forks, no ladles provided. If anyone wants to go, don't go on Sats or public hols. Overcrowded. Suggestion: for those who have fully paid via Cuti.com.my should be allowed express check in. Don't know why I wasn't.

I stayed here at the Superior Deluxe room for 3 days and 2 nites. It was very satisfactory. The room was clean and everything was perfect. No problem whatsoever. However, the breakfast had limited choices. But it was a very satisfying stay.
