I feel very satisfied with the apartment i booked through Cuti. The room was very clean, The staffs was very friendly and helpful. This is the second time i stay at King aprtment, and it have lot of improvement compared to the previous one. especially the air con.:)Excellent compliment to the Cuti Team and King Hotel:)

Okla..tapi bila kita dtg jek nak check-in, front office boy tu gelabah jek suruh kami amik kupon berbayar untuk parking kereta kami..apa barang kena bayar...sakitkan hati kami aje...sebab mesti ader tiket free atau parking free untuk kami park sebab sudah bayar bilik..benci betul.beri-ria minta kami beli kupon berbayar (mungkin dapat tips kot)..aiya...bila dah check-in dan bersiap untuk keluar..baru la kami tau memang ada parking free untuk guest house..aduhhh sakit hati betul..takpe-takpe..nantila ko budak reception mata juling!!!

Our stay was definitely value for money. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that at RM115.00, our room was furnished with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 single bed. Everything was in good working order. You have to go to the ironing room in order to iron your clothes, but that wasn't such a big deal. The housekeeping staff were a lot friendlier than those working at the reception though!
If you're looking for a cheap but well-maintained place to stay in Ayer Keroh, then this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Receptionist are friendly and service was good. Rooms in the apartment are spacious. Hotel's parking lot just infront of the apartment & easy to park my car. Furthermore, the hotel is near to a few interesting place to visit. My family & I are quite happy & enjoy our stay at the hotel. I'll choose this hotel next visit to Malacca.

I was in Malacca last week and spend RM140 in a hotel nearby the Bukit Melawati. I passby this hotel before I reached to the hotel I booked that day. From outside looks attractive.. should have go to this hotel la... next time maybe..

we satisfy with the hotel services.But the location is a bit difficult for the guest who don't have car,since there no any taxi. But can ask the reception for help. Staff there is friendly. And we also very satisfy cuti team service is really great with the fast reply.

I stay in King Apartment last month and found that this is quite a good choice hotel. Despite new, staff are well trained. Just little confused when enter room because cannot find air-cond sub switch after the main air-cond switch is ON.. the switch was hidden behind curtain. Propose mgmt to put-up message near the main switch for customer convenience.
