I & my family just recently stayed in one of the 3 bedroom apartment. Overall very satified with the room, nice view, nice food but should add more variety especially breakfast (not the same menu for 3 days).

have a nice stay in this hotel. though it was a bit small but worth paying? nice decor at the lobby area and find it 'compact' decor for the room. small but complete! quite helpful and friendly staff. need 10-15 minutes walk to waterfront. but no worries, taxi is everywhere.. :)

stayed at this hotel twice due to work trip. check-in and check-out process was very slow. the food is delicious though. quite far from waterfront - a 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. room was really nice and comfortable. ask for rooms at a higher floor as music from the pub downstairs can be heard clearly.

actually i didnt stay here, but another hotel. would choose this hotel because it looks newer and grand. had lunch at the cafe, everything looks better compared to the one i stayed, at waterfront. however, this hotel is not near to waterfront(u might need to take cab or walk! which i did!!) so walking was bearable. this hotel is next to museums!! so its good choice if u like museums

Good hotel. Cozy environment and room facility but don't have bathtub for deluxe room. Doesn't have much variety on their food (breakfast and dinner). Easy for Kuching tour with minimal cost (using travel agent)..i'm not using the tram. I'm using travel agent to get back to airport.

The standard room is really small, but very cosy, 1 1/2 feet each side to a king size bed. same as well for the walkway in front of the table and closet. The bathroom is nice, just no bathtub, very dissappointing for a 5 star hotel.
Luckily we were clever enough to ask for breakfast to be included in the room package, the food is nice, the breakfast, I can give 4 star.
The swimming pool is consider small.
Anyway the area of this hotel is actually very small, although it was built to look as it's very grand.

5 star hotel with 3 star facilities.make sure that u ask if breakfast is included coz it usually isnt.the buffet is 29++ pax.
food could b better...room service is good though.
the ambiance is very nice.but rooms can b a bit small.i had a view of the cemented courtyard with the wall of the adjoining building.
very close to the water front...walkable distance.especially if u want to carry back ur packages
they have free tram service by the tourism board n the stop is next door to the hotel.

Such a nice place to stay. My group of 14 persons was enjoyed the trip and the food was good too. The hotel services was excellent! Hope to come and stay at this hotel. I would recommended to others to staying there. Near to facilities such as market, museum and town.

Overall it was a nice hotel to stay, given the 5 star rating...nice room interior eventhough the bathroom needs to be carefully maintained...the swimming pool is too small..anyways, it's a recommended hotel to choose if you were planning to visit Kuching town because most of the interesting places are within walking distance...
