Edmund | | Excellent resort. Food, service all near perfection. Only downfall was we went at peak period, so the snorkeling/open sea trip boat waiting time was too long. Other than that.....one of my best memorial trip.
We encountered strong sea current during our transfer from Merang Jetty to Hotel Jetty, most of the passengers on the boat vomited, which make us immediately booked the Berjaya return flight upon arrival at the resort. So for those who intended to travel to Redang Island, it is wise to use Berjaya flight which landed on the Island itself, although is slightly expensive. Cheers.

zawianty | | i've been there for 3d/2n package on last june 2009 and we've stayed in deluxe sea view room. it was awesome. everythings was great....expecially the beach...so beautiful....food also great....a lot of choices.......our room facility is good. the staff is friendly and helpfull. but too many people for snorkling trip a bit noisy. overall me and husband really enjoy our honeymoon there

cct3434 | | this is my 1st time to laguna. this is my 3rd time i went to redang. when i reach laguna, i can feel their very friendly. the service there very good. the beach boy helpful. everything perfect there. but the thing i not satisfied was i got an accident there and can't walk. my leg almost dislocate. so they bring me back to my room and wait for doctor. after saw the doctor, so i go back to take a rest. i can't walk. so i have to extend another 1 day night at laguna and i have to pay for the night (RM600) and for the doctor. if i had an accident out of laguna, i not mind. but i got the accident in the laguna area.

sysh | | .. just got back from Redang about a week ago and we stayed in Laguna. Well, what can I say.. it's got to be the best island Resort on Pasir Panjang. The resort is strategically located in front of the beach and I really love its modern yet traditionally designed architecture. The rooms were fairly big, and most importantly clean. An ideal holiday resort for families and couples alike. A bit on the pricey side, but I guess you've always got to pay a notch more for comfort and service. Food was decent, but the BBQ dinner is a must try. The only point to note about Laguna is since it caters for about 400 - 500 odd guests at its peak, it can get pretty crowded (i.e during meal times and snorkelling sessions). But would I recommend this resort to other prospective travellers? Most definitely.

chowhouz | | We booked the 3D 2N package for the family this recent school holidays. The quad bedroom is spacious, clean and well equiped. The resort, food and snokelling trips are well managed, well worth the money. However, my feedback is there still is too much litter and pollution in the water and on the beaches, rubbish left on the sand and in the water. And its a pity too that the corals are mostly dead or dying. Perhaps there need to be some control on the number of visitors to Redang to preserve the enviroment.

the food is not too good except for the buffet dinner
and i like the most was the star view in redang coz the sky was full of star
i will definitely go back again......

Since the hotel has a jetty therefore there's no worry about your luggage from merang jetty until the hotel lobby, the staff will take care of it until the hotel lobby. The room is so huge for 2 person, the design really tropical. The only thing that i feel so-so only is the food @ the buffet restaurant, the food is basically very very similar everyday.

kanagawa | | My child(5 years old), husband and I are so in love with the beach and resort. It is like love at first sight. We had so much fun at the big pool,the beach and not to mention snorkelling trips too.Tourists will be pleased if you can offer some other unique food other than malay style though is tasty.We like your hotel room too because it is spacious and we don`t have to squeeze into 1 king size bed among 3 of us.We hope you can offer children activities too Conclusion is we can`t have enough and definitely will visit the resort again next year summer. Happy Business!!!!!!!

You are in the line of being able to make someone's trip the most unforgettable one but somehow your staff isn't passion enough about their work.
If only the staff there is able to as excited about their work as we are going there.

rizar | | I been there 15-17/5/2005. I had a very pleasant holiday staying @ laguna. The room, the scenery, meals(buffet, of course!) was so nice accept to the drinking water.. taste a bit wierd. Full of activities be arrange for us esp. snorkling trips. Went to 3 snorkling trips at the different places.. n I saw turtle...(yahooooo!!!!). Their staff are nice too.. esp those who handle the snorkling trip.. such as harry, castello, and few others i cant remembered their names. Thanks to laguna for the best holiday trip ever for me n my friend (2 of us). I wish i could stay there for a longer period next time. Hardly wait to go there again.

Hui Nee | | Laguna is a nice resort. Services no bad. All the tour guide are very kind and helpful. Especially snorkelling, they would bring us to see a lot of fishes & corals. We saw a lot of Nemo also.
The beach is very beautiful. But the food provided a bit salty.
