2011-11-24 14:19:19   ES TEO   1. The Room after B6-8 didn’t paste the room number and the door just recently change without painting. That’s the room I am looking for. 2. 2 lift provided, one ok and another one without level indicator (spoiled). 3. The Reception so so and talk simple & less. 4. Room maintenance – poor. Toilet door so bad, shower opening so high (children can’t reach), shower area so small (1½ ft), 3 person share 1 towel and TV receiving so bad. 5. Pool inside not clean, no watch man on duty, pool towel always shorted must request early. 6. Some securities on duty along the beach side because the beach belongs to public. That why the beach was so dirty & smelly. 7. Breakfast – normal. 8. Good work – Joint with local authority to organise the programme how to safe & protect the turtle from this earth. 2011-07-19 11:47:01   deadfish76   I was lucky as they upgraded my 2-room apt to 3-room apt. w/o extra charges. Thanks to Glory Beach Resort. Room: I checked in at 3 pm.The check in was fast. I stayed in the main block (C). The room was very beautiful & clean and have gone through some renovations. The room has a plaster ceiling with cornice.The floor looks like have been polished recently. The air-cond is working well, so does the water heater. There's new sofa & dining chairs. The bedsheet is clean. The washroom is also clean and well kept with a colourful frosted glass sliding door. It's a sea-facing room, very nice view of the sea especially during sunset. Facilities & Others: There's a large carpark within the resort. I go down early for b/fast to avoid the crowd. The food varities is more than enough. Toast, half boiled egg, nasi lemak, fried beehoon, chicken rendang, sausages, cereal with fresh milk, fruits coffee, tea & cordial drinks. Swimming pool is ok, my childrens have a lot of fun playing in the childrens' pools. Although it's a bit crowded but it's happening and they really enjoyed it. There's also a 'mini zoo' at the resort, there's rabbits, turtles and 2 gigantic dragon fish (Arapaima Gigas) beside the pools. Although the beach is not so clean, but there's a spot which the water looks okay for swimming. In overall this resort is value for money. My family and I have a lot of fun. Date of stay: 2011 Jul

Just bring a piece of voucher for check-in ontu reception about second minute we can proceed to our room. Just that simple. Thank cuti support team. My comment for this resort is similar to others before. Just OK. The swimming pool crowded due to open for public. The cleanlines not very good.. Flies, cockorage( lipas), mosq and ant everyway. Also bad smell here and there. Food and Beverage very limited just below 5 menus. The plate and glass also out of order. AND unfortunately..there are unfriendly staff as well at cafe counter and pool side. The toilet in our room very small. No hot water lack of pillow, ,mosq..and late room service. But for the location it was great place/resort for whom want to enjoy themseft without long journey travel. But no bonus extra gift. Date of stay: 2010 Nov

Everything looks so good on their website but it was the total opposite when we reached there. bad, so noisy, dirty, CALLED PRIVATE BEACH looks more like a PUBLIC BEACH. It was so dirty and empty.poorly maintained!!!! and swimming pool is open to public soooooww crowded and so dirty!!! Cockroach everywhere. cap park not safety, The food was great and we had outside food such as ikan bakar and tomyam which we bought from outside the hotel. We bought our food from the nearby restaurants at the Port Dickson town. There are just too many things to complain about this resort. I think the other cheap apartments around PD are much better than this SO-CALLED RESORT NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYBODY OR WILL HAVE ANYMORE DEALINGS WITH THIS RESORTS. 2010-02-15 21:14:18   tionwooi   I visited tis hotel when I celebrated CNY wif my family. I got the shock when I enter the 3 room apartment which is on the ground floor. V found tat 2 rooms wall got water marks n wet, some more very smelly. The bed oso bcome wet due to the wet wall. The other room's door nearly broken. The toilet water cant flow out due to stuck. The table in the living room without glass on top, v cant put anything on it. So v make official complain n ask their manager to come. The manager came wif other staff which look like more power than him. Due to peak session, so no more extra room can change to us. So they suggest to gif us 20% discount which is RM80. V r not accept tis offer n then they said nothing they can do anymore. All of our family member were very angry coz they spoil our holiday n festival mood. I STRONGLY ADVICE ALL THE MEMBERS HERE PLS RECONSIDER TWICE WHEN U WANNA BOOK TIS RESORT. I hope they can improve their service since v r consumer who paid them money but never get back wat v should hv even the basic things. Date of stay: 2010 Feb

2009-01-30 20:24:45   akmal0669   I already book for apartment and call them abt delay , to my suprise the wanted to cancel my booking if i didn't reach there by 3pm. They also rejected went we offer to pay them via credit card. The front desk was very rude,when my sister in law tried to explain abt our situation she rejected us with bad remark .This is the first time we face such a bad experience with this hotel. 2008-05-03 21:51:48   anne77   firstly, this was my first time booking with cuti.com and i'm happy with the service provided by cuti team. comments on glory ..reception counter was good, friendly service by glory staff ( khairul ). i booked 3 rooms aprt and the condition was ok .. except bathroom in the master bedroom .. got something stuck in the hole that cause the bathroom flooded after taking bath. the view was great . i requsted for pool/sea. the pool was great too. my kids enjoyed the vacation.. overall, i am satisfied. thanks to cuti.com Date of stay: 2008 May

2007-10-15 01:38:08   aarenz   reception was bad..no smiling faces or gestures.room was in order but a few steps with barefoot..its pitch black..dusty floor.i thought there were kitchen utensils with the kitchenet they provided...& they suprised me with nothing.except for few glasses and cups.the aircond is not cold enough....the beach..poorly maintained.dirty. the pool.dare not put my skin in it. breakfast is ok. the best thing about this resort??is my friends!! we were a whacky bunch and we had a great time with ourselves. When I checked into the apartment the unit was clean and everything is in order. The housekeeping staff came everyday to change the towels and clean our rooms. The food was great and we had outside food such as ikan bakar and tomyam which we bought from outside the hotel. We bought our food from the nearby restaurants at the Port Dickson town. There is a nearby laundrette if you want to have your clothes wash. I can say that my stay at Glory Beach Resort is GREAT!!! Date of stay: 2007 Feb

2006-08-26 22:20:10   zarinazainuddin   Reception was okay.... The 3-bedroom apartment was okay, feels just like home. The swimming pool areas are tastefully landscaped. However, the 'private beach' was really dirty. Rubbish was strewn all along the beach. The water is so uninviting. To make it worse there was these few chinese guys who keeps sprinkling disgusting looking water (which I later learned that they were actually looking for sea worms - as fishing bait and the water was actually chicken feed mix with water). Though it's interesting to watch, it was still distasteful. The management should not allow these guys to do their searching at their so-called 'private beach'. You'd be better off swimming at Batu 4 areas...the beach is much better. Date of stay: 2006 Aug

2006-07-06 09:28:13   alwizbme   Stayed for 1 nite during weekend, the room is just ok, rented 2 bedrooms apt, toilet, bad water heater and there was something growing at the shower.. dunno what it was, have to use the sink to be able to do anything.. the beach, dirty stay away from swimming oil sludge everwhere.. and the pool, too crowded and I think it's was not very clean since both my kids got sick after we came back home.. btw, I have stayed other places longer where my kids stayed almost every time in the pool and it was ok. Noisy at night, drunken man was swearing, laughing and singing all thru the nights... Food, just average. I guess dont wanna be there again. Date of stay: 2006 May
