2009-09-12 20:59:24   maya_ie7   i've been stayed at this hotel last month..from 15 aug to 17 aug with my hubby..i think this hotel is average for the rating of the hotel.there is no breakfast and as usual no air condition coz most of the hotel in ch also don't have this accommodation as long as the weather is quite cold.for the first night we have been stayed in standard room which cost rm 75 and we decide to change our room for the next night to the deluxe room which cost only rm 90 coz we cannot sleep well as long as there is noisy from the construction side.but both room still have 1 queen bed and 1 single bed.however,this hotel is the middle of town of brinchang which we can easily find food or else..for the next trip my hubby n me think to find another hotel to stay to get the best room to relaxing coz in my opinion this hotel just recommend to others who are not mind about the impurities.tq Date of stay: 2009 Aug

During the booking process, which i stayed for 2 nights, En Adi told me that breakfast is provided for 2 persons. Things changed when i arrived. WANI, the staff at the counter said no breakfast provided AT ALL. Who is telling the truth??!! Actually stated in the online breakfast was served!!! how come????dont cheat la, if u dont serve, dont say you serve!!! the room was ok in size (as i take Tritple bed). but not many things was there. tissue paper, coffee maker (kata ada dlm online advertisement). something fishy about this hotel.room is also smelly! i n my wife always go for a holiday every 2 months. i hv stayed at many kind of hotels, ranged from 2 - 6 stars hotels in ASEAN. even a cheaper hotel served better than Rainbow hotel!! that will be my last stay at the rainbow hotel. 2008-12-16 14:41:57   Azzy.   Lousiest hotel that I ever stay. Staff at the reception counter are not friendly at all and also rude. When I reached at the hotel lobby, half of my holiday mood had taken away by the way they treat their guest. The room/bed is so small. We changed to triple bed and even paid extra RM40. The staff so eager to charge us, macam dah tak boleh tunggu2 dah. But I was so disspointed, we only get towel yang dah 'Koyak-rabak' what is this?!!!! klau hotel lain dah buang dalam TONG SAMPAH!! and we only get 1 day breakfast. Come-on la we stay for 2 nights and even change to bigger room. Mahal sangat ke roti tu !!SOoooo STINGY !!. Tahu nak charge org aje but service lousy. I bumped to the housekeeping staff and they said 2x breakfast for 2 night stay. but when I get down & asked the reception counter she said only 1 breakfast only and she try to avoid from answering any questions. Other facilities :- 1. Water heater not working on 2nd day. (something fishy about this hotel) I rang- up lobby&housekeeping, no one answer. 2. Space for solat so small. difficult to perform solat (this info for muslim only) When I check out, I do asked for official receipt, but she so reluctant to give me the official receipt (something fishy). Sampai ke sudah, no official receipt ! What the hack!! I left without saying thank u or good bye, what I usually did everytime I stay at hotel. My family always go for holiday about 2-3 times yearly and we know how to make assessment. Date of stay: 2008 Dec

Have some noise there. Near to night market and easy to get there. Not satisfied with breakfast only get a bread, orange juice & tea. Date of stay: 2008 Dec

2008-10-13 13:35:04   jgirlpg   I booked Hotel Rainbow because of its price and location to some of the places of interest. Good - clean beds and bathroom. Breakfast is brought to the room by staff. Short walking distance to the night market. 5-min drive to Cactus Valley and Big Red Strawberry Farm. Eating places are aplenty, either a few shops away from the hotel or right across the road. Bad - our room window faces Country Lodge, and next to it, construction site for a block of apartments. During the day, you can hear a lot of noise from the construction site and vehicles plying the main road. At night, Country Lodge's guests will be partying till late at night, so this might be a problem for light sleepers. Date of stay: 2008 Oct

2008-06-25 11:28:13   jviswa   if any chance i'll be going to CAMERON again, i will choose Rainbow Hotel. it was realy good. rooms is fien clean and complete necessities. the location is very strategic in the centre of brinchang town. Foods no problem, indian malay and chinese. more choices. If you want fastfood, kfc also there. I had really great time there. 2007-08-07 11:49:40   Ah Beng   For that price (RM138/night as for weekend rate), it's quite ok. No problem to get a parking space at the free public parking. Chinese & Malay food and the Pasar Malam easily available as it's located at the centre of Brinchang town. Only Double Room (with 2 single beds) available, need to combine the beds by myself so that my 2 years old daughter can sleep together with me and my wife. Date of stay: 2007 Aug

We spend 2D/1N and overall the hotel is quite OK. its a budget hotel but their facilities is not bad. comfortable and nice location. easy to get ur food (foodcort/rstaurant) just nearby to the hotel. furthermore, u can enjoy shoping at Pasar Malam just a 5min walk. Last but most important, i do agree with other guest, Hotel management should monitor & proper train their staff especially Gud DAMME! indian guy & chinese girl. Both of them need a special training-how to solute & communicate to other people. Date of stay: 2006 Apr

2006-05-19 12:38:47   serina_108   i stay at hotel rainbow on mar'06, i'm not booking it, just walk in and can get a room for 4 person easily (rate about RM 140...i search this hotel at cuti.com...first time i go in the hotel, quit ok...but the reservation look like i "hutang" her so many money,always with cool look...then after check in...we go in to our room...the hall,walk way quit small...the we open the room...the room is quit comfortable with TV,fridge,2 double bed,and tab...it's no included breakfast but the location is good coz i can find many shop and the pasar malam nearby ... at nite i can enjoy a hot bath inside the tab...feel so good and relax...then the nearby stimboat shop is delicious...next time i go to cameron, i will also stay at rainbow...coz i have good memory there.... 2005-05-18 16:50:20   Ven   i hv book the hotel @ 2004 Dec for Family room which have no view cost me RM135...i'm lucky i dont' hv experience at all the water run out, the room is consider OK, but only thing is their bed sheet i can find it's not clean at all, i still can find some food inside the bed..the is no breakfast for all of my family..coz i did not book thru cuti2..but btw...i hv notice inside this hotel don't have any restaurant, but very easy to get food...coz the nite pasar mlm just outside the hotel.. 2005-05-03 14:05:05   Myra   The price of this hotel is RM 230 to 280 on holiday season. I paid for 235 for triple bed. The Indian couple paying RM 200 for triple. This is a Indian Hotel who Charge suka suka hati. They asked charged me extra RM2.50 for Coke that I didn't not drink. I think Government should take action to this hotel. LOUSIEST HOTEL in MY WHOLE LIFE. Do NOT go. Date of stay: 2005 May

2004-11-19 19:45:15   Mr Lim   Stayed at this hotel several years back, the room and rates were OK back then. the facilities was simple but sufficient. A moderately priced hotel and I don't think it's as bad as some would say.

2004-11-17 13:14:29   Unhappy Guest   This is the lousiest hotel I ever stay!!! Staff is very impolite, and the hotel facility is very bad like the toilet door can not close, no hot water to bath. I would comment that this hotel only own 1 star, even the Genting First World Hotel is better than it, Hotel Room rate also high.
