I used my credit card to confirm the booking.
Upon arrival, I checked in and told them that I will be paying by cash upon check out. The hotel still generated the credit card slip, which was standard by any hotel. When I checked out, I paid by cash and left.
Imagine my suprise when I called up my bank today, I was told that the said amout was charged to my card. Calling the hotel prove to be fruitless as they need to billings which is only generated during the CNY holidays.
I am annoyed by this. If you are going to charge it to my credit card, why accept my cash? That makes no sense at all. Now I have my credit card bill + the charge on that transection minus the money to pay it.
The room was comfortable for a short stay. But calling the housekeeping was a waste of time and they rude and unhelpful.
The front desk made me wait when I wanted to check in, ignoring me standing there untill I have to call out insistantly to them.
The room was ok, it's clean but not what I expected when I paid RM255 for it.

The only attraction is the Midvalley Megamall. Breakfast is ok. The hotel could do with some attractive special deal. You will not lose as guests will be attracted by the mall next door and the convenient Komuter!

The room charges is too high if compare with the room size and service. Besides, the room cleanliness is not satisfy as well. Although the hotel lobby and reservation area is ok, but the proccess to check into hotel really consume long time.

If you are going for Megamall, yes, it is a very strtegic place to stay. Or else, there are better deals around. Room is small, and TV set placed on the right hand side of your bed. How do you watch TV program on bed? Not egornomic at all.

Room is not worth the price paid. Very small and cramped, without a proper cupboard. Stay here only if you really need to have Mid Valley right next door. There are better hotels in PJ or KL for the same price if you don't mind driving or taking public transport to get to Mid Valley.

the location is great, near PJ and KL. Suitable for those who like to shopping and taste many delicious food in midvalley megamall.
If you stay in the room that facing to KL, can take the night scenes photo of KL

Mr. Lim
I think you room is too small for the price you charge. Your room charges is almost RM200 per room per night for a 300sqft size room which is not worth to stay. I wil not recommend any to stay there.
