2009-04-11 15:07:42   reenz   May be the zon should put down the rating of 5 stars hotel. It doesnt seems like it at all. I stayed there for 4 nites.. I think i will not go to the Zon Regency anymore.. The housekeeping was really slow in doing their job. My bed was not clean even at 4pm. Eventhough they cleaned my room but usually they will forget to put the towel or they will left the dirty towel in the sink.. I made the complaint nicely at the reception but it didnt seems like working. The noise from the singers at the lounge really disturbing. The furniture looks old.. the smell of the room really not inviting.. the room that should be a non smoker room but smells fresh smoke.. i paid a lot but the service i got really not to the standard.. Called for the bellboy but no one came.. so be prepared to carry your own luggage to the room.. if you are lucky u can get the bellboy to help u.. Honeymoon in this hotel is really not recommended.. 2008-10-29 16:55:24   lizache   This is a very big hotel. Nice and beautiful, but a bit busy, suitable for seminars & functions. Just beside The Zon Duty Free Shopping Mall, but don't anticipate it to be like one in Langkawi. Room quite small. Breakfast ended at 10.30 a.m sharp, mean they put away all the foods even if there were guests still eating. Don't park in front of the hotel, they will not compensate you back. The hotel parking was very far, far away at the back. No bellboy waiting at back there. Make sure your luggage is the trolley type. : ) Date of stay: 2008 Oct

2008-03-10 17:55:16   zhenghuanho   The Hotel is quite ok, staffs are polite. It is very convinent to go to shopping and it is duty free. But the food in the ZON area is quite expensive. The room is big and comfort. The view from room is quite nice also.. Date of stay: 2008 Mar

2007-11-07 19:15:09   nazzrra   Requires security deposit of one night's room rate or a credit card. Room was clean but the walls and furnitures looked old for a 5* hotel. The noise from live band at night was not really bad unless one opens the room door. Convenient location with shopping centre within the same building. Small but nice swimming pool area. Recommended for family stay. Date of stay: 2007 Oct
