4* standard, strategic at heart of Bukit bintang shopping complex. Reservetion very easy, Have promotion deal. Good staff but not smile too much. 5 minute delivery when I need help n request -not peak time or busy period- All sevice it GOOD! :-)

hotel charges, 5 star; but the service, 0!
bad service, especially for those waitress at the first flr restaurant serving breakfast. and the front office ignore customer's complain. very disappointed and regret for choosing this hotel... my holiday totally spoiled by those lousy staff!
