totally bad reputation hotel due less services (food totally out, small room, old fashion and many more) not worth it with what u paid. will never ever stay at this hotel anymore..

the hotel price is not on par with what i have paid. The room is old fashioned. The food is teribble. this hotel is full with group visitor that fully occupied breakfast hall.

Sungguh puas hati!!!
Saya tinggal di Grand Continental selama 4 hari 3 malam. Front Office benarkan saya, isteri dan anak check in lebih awal kerana kami baru sampai dari Perak.
Keadaan bilik amat memuaskan hati! breakfast menu sedap! apa yg paling seronok adalah layanan yg diberikan oleh staff Grand Continental.
Hari ketiga ada renovation di level kami. bunyi agak bising dan anak saya yg berumur 11 bulan tidak selesa. ketika itu saya ada di seminar.
Isteri mengadu masalah ini kpd Front Office. Sekali lagi we were very happy! Kami dapat bilik baru yg lebih besar dan selesa. Isteri saya beritahu kalau boleh tidak mahu balik keesokan hari.
Sebagai cadangan: Karpet di surau perlu ditukar kerana agak lama.
Terima kasih dan kami pasti datang lagi.
