A very bad experience while staying at this hotel. I was on vacation with my family and stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, On the 5th night smoke filled up the room (22th floor) at o400hrs and there was no alarm, we could have been suffocated to death. Furthermore not even a note of apology for the inconvenience caused from the management. To me business is of priority over guest safety, However pat on the back for the Lounge ( Windows ) staff - very friendly,

an excellent hotel. very clean and warm and cosy. within walking distance to all the superstores in town. However the mamak stall behind Dorsett should be close. It has no price list and simply charged high price for the food served. Bad image for tourism industry.

Good place to stay for the Bukit Bintang location. Easy walking distance to the whole area. Lobby is a bit small, but not a big problem. Friendly & fast staff.

Excellent hotel! Within walking distance to Bintang Walk (shopping area), and to KLCC takes a few minutes by bus or taxi. Loads of pubs and clubs nearby! Cheers to hotel staff who deserves a pat on their back for excellent service!
