actually i was dropping by from seremban after 3 hard day of seminar. i though could use a massage or perhaps a nice place to stay. i choose this hotel because it easy to reach where it's located on my way to kota bharu. a night staying there was good but still need improvement esp. at the health centre. what's was the name of the health club? Megami Health Club? don't remember but the service is good!

Stayed for 2 nights. Overall, the room was tidy and neat. The 2 Malay doormen, both on the morning and night shift were extremely polite and helpful. One even gave me a briefing of the surrounding areas. The best part of my stay was the buffet breakfast, wide choice of food and delicious Malay kueh.
However, there are things that need improvement, 1) the carpeted areas from the lift to our room have many stains, can do with replacement. The stains are an eyesore. 2) some waiters in the restaurant talked and laughed loudly, especially at the entrance.

Messed up my reservation, no towels in the room, malfunctioning doors, unapologetic staff & totally lack of soundproofing...can't wait to leave the hotel & gave me a traumatizing experience...stay here at your peril

the hotel is nice, the staffs are friendly, theservice is good, the foods are great lots of varieties.... however!!!!
For a hotel which is wholly owned by PKNS and situated in Ampang (a malay community area) I am very dissapointed that there is a SPA on the second floor which provides sex services... I was there with a friend, after a long full day seminar, we decided to go for a massage. once in the room a girl came in and ask me to take off everything and when i refused she asked me whether i would like to have sex or not. when i told her i just wanted to be massage only she then left the room and said she dont do massage only... but only do full service.... i then left the hotel...
I just writing to share with all of you who is reading on what is happening at the hotel which is wholly owned by PKNS...
