Pertama kali saya menyewa bilik di sini (20.9.2009) room - 117 saya membanyangkan bilik yang indah serta cantik,tetapi sangkaan saya terbalik.bilik yang saya sewa ibarat bilik di MOTEL MURAHAN :
1. BILIK AIR YANG ADA LIPAS SERTA BERBAU LIPAS
2. SABUN YANG DI SEDIAKAN SUDAH LAMA DAN BERBAU
3. PENYAMAN UDARA DAN BILIK YANG BERBAU
4. PEKEJ SARAPAN PAGI YANG TERUK :
-TIADA BANYAK PILIHAN MAKANAN (MAKANAN DI MASAK IBARAT WARUNG TEPI JALAN DAN SAYA MINUM AIR MASAK YANG ADA HABUK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i stayed in seri malaysia mersing just one night for my pre honeymoon. overall its just ok. but the breakfast was not so good. boring breakfast and boring atmosphere at the cafe..but the front desk was very nice lady, full with smile.

Saya & keluarga check-in pada 25.09.04. Kami mengambil family room 2 bilik. So far ok & selesa. Tetapi saya berharap pihak pengurusan hotel dapat mengambil tindakan kepada beberapa perkara :
1) Penghawa dingin adakalanya menitik air - perlu proses penyenggaraan.
2) Pemanas air tidak berfungsi.
3) Air kecil pada shower. Sama seperti saya menginap di Seri Malaysia Alor Setar. Memang semuanya di seri malaysia begitu ke? Ada catuan?
4) Hawa bilik kurang selesa apabila ianya digunakan oleh pelanggan yang merokok.
Semoga pihak pengurusan lebih prihatin dan sentiasa memantau bagi kebaikan dan keselesaan semua. Terima kasih kepada staf front office kerana layanan baik.

Just came back from Mersing. Spend 1 night at Seri Malaysia... No fridge in the room, water heater also spoil but staff can only say "sorry we cannot do anything about it", breakfast just porridge, plain bread,lontong and horribly hot noodle.. and nobody clear the table..argghhh... .. service need a lot of improvement for the price I pay !!!!
