It was beautiful..!! The view from the chalets are just breathtaking.. You are looking across the valleys and at Mt. Kinabalu. The hotel is newly renovated; very clean and well furnished. Staff is polite and helpful, food is good. Overall, its is my best local vacation so far. My wife and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Highly recommended!!

What a beautiful view from this hotel!!! Imagine your room is facing Mt. Kinabalu....surrounded by pine tree, very cold and you can take a rest while having hot teh tarik (pull tea) or Kopi Tenom (Tenom Coffee)...wow...or just walking on the bridge while looking at Mt. Kinabalu...hmmm...what a beautiful scenery. The food in this hotel is tasty...I have tried their fried mee, fired meehon, fried rice, etc...hmm...the room? I am not so sure because they upgrade my room to jr. suite with spacious room and living room. Unfortunately the furniture quite old while the hot water is not working midnight...too cold! Staff are friendly. Food surrounding...hmmm...be prepared, no restaurant open at night!!! You have to go to Ranau to find your food or eat inside. There are karaoke in this room with huge selection of songs. Only one bank available - Allianz Bank. Vegetables are very cheap here...thinking if I can find apartment where I can cook my favorites asparagus and broccoli!

GREAT!!! the scenary and environemnt there is great and superb!!! B4 going there, i had tried to email to them asking about the transportation and other related stuffs, they were all very kind and the reply is super fast. I got all my enquiry solved by them, including the arrangement of transportation from hotel to hot spring, Sabah tea transportion, etc.
When i reached there with my husband, both of us were happy with the environemtn there, fresh air, nice and friendly staffs, room is clean, and not forgotten, the dinner provided was great. With only RM 110++, this is worth. But, for those who have car sick, make sure prepare some sweet or pills, cos that is a long journey from KK airport to Perkasa hotel
