hilajah | | We have book the 2 bedrooms Palm View Apartment (Puteri) one month in advance and had informed earlier that we would check-in late at night, but unfortunately the room was not ready during our arriving. We have to wait almost 1 hour to allow them to clean the room. Shower pressure was very slow it couse us take more time for bathing. Not advisable to go to Bukit Merah during ranny season as not many activities can be done. The water park is very very small and more suitable for children. The chairlift in the water park also not functioning. We are not enjoying our trip at all. This is the 1st & last time we come to Bukit Merah.

| yitpin | | The trip is pretty meeting expectation. I took the 3D2N Familiku Sayang at Laketown Palm View Apartment. I think it would be better if the CUTI website can post the resort map so I could know the distance of the apartment to the waterpark. I believe I would rather stay at Laketown Inn than apartment coz the apartment is a bit far to the waterpark & marina village, which is not so convenient. Anyway, that was a fun trip.

VINCENT CHONG POH WAI | | I booked the Palm vew appartment at Bukit Merah on 24/10/06 and notice that the lobby male toilet terribly smelly and 2 out of 3 studio rooms 1 booked have minor problem, 1 room\'s lamp out of order and request a change. and anoter room the floor very sticky/dirty and need a re-mop. I wish the apartment management can take care of the facility up-keeping and house-keeping so that visitor have a good impresion of what they stay Other are OK besides the apartment. I really enjoy the holiday over there. Thanks.

monashalyza | | For a RM350 per night, we didn't expect to get that kind of apartment. Very, very small. Not advisable for claustrophobic people. The shower pressure was very low and when we first checked in, the sofa was dusty. Staff were friendly though, except for one guy who checked us in. He was very slow. When my hubby asked about the massage service which was advertised on the notice board, he even told my hubby that the photo of young female masseuse was for illustration only. If my hubby requires the service, they will call an old lady or old man as the masseuse! As if my hubby was a 'gatal' guy! That was bad!

| sgmray | | The PalmView Appartment staf (Laketown Resort ) greeted us warmly and accepted the travel voucher without any problem. I agreed that other guests parked their cars haphazardly. The hotel staffs should advise and monitor the way parking be done and also maintain the security. As it is we have to park in the open parking area.

SalehuddinShuib | | the staff didn't know about cuti packages. they didn't gave me the facilities that include in cuti package. this package should be clear by resort staff and cuti staf. what are the content should be known and the customer do not need to explain in details to get the facilities. really dissapointed about the package....

Yin | | The room was nice. But their services are unsatisfied. The fire alarm was rang on early in the morning around 5am. There are no staff knew that, the security staff reach the reach after 6 minutes. And the stairs cases was blocked by some motocycles, gueses are difficult to get out.
