Just come back from kuching. stay at Ariva room 901 with my buddy's. The reception on check in is friendly and helpful especially the girl don't remember the name and the guy in black suite. The facility is very useful, lcd tv, astro, washing machine, heater, air-cond, sauna & swimming pool. The view of kuching from the pool is spectacular. Location near bank,fast food, and seafood. Just a walk to kuching waterfront that came alive when the sun goes down.
Next to it is a car park seafood and 1 advised don't eat at stall NO.8 the services is horrible, late and expensive.
Overall this services apartment is best.check in is easy using cuti voucher. I recommend to all my friend.

the 1st 2 night i stayed in Two Bedroom Superior which is worth the money especially for family..you can do cooking,washing etc.. like a real home. then we move to deluxe room which is like other standard room. The staff are friendly.
nice place.. will surely come back

The only thing me and my wife hate most was the breakfast and on the time I was staying there, they are doing some re-painting of the building. Just imagine, there was a man standing in my balcony and repainting the wall and my wife was changing her gown!!!
I got the shock of my life and the smell of paint was unbearable!!
Security was excellent since this trip was my working cum holiday as well. Staff was very polite and always smile even the security guards.
My wife enjoy the view but does not enjoy the breakfast.

Apartment is located near the water front. Room is quite clean and comfortable. The breakfast not much choice. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. The apartment very suitable for family trip.
