  | mrtraveller | | Another my preferable hotel after Hilton. Very good services. Too many times stay in this hotel, till I close to one of the bellboy. But i have scary experience in this hotel. One day, I just arrived at 2.30 am...luckily the bellboy (I close to him) was on duty. He used 2 wheel trolleys to bring my luggage and he asked me which floor? I told him level 6. He told me, next time if i got level 4 or 9, please change it because both levels are haunted...really?
Then suddenly the lift stopped at level 4...but nobody coming. We arrived at level 6 and my room is the second from the right wings...wow...it is far from the lift! Then the bellboy put the trolley just infront of my door and after put my luggage on the luggage table, he went out and you know what was happened? The trolley is missing and it is already infront of the lift! Wow! Who removed the trolley within few second without any sound, etc? Amazing! And it was happened almost 3.00 am!
But for me it is ok...since this hotel are very nice....good location and try to get room facing the pool...if you are lucky, you can see beautiful view - the 'minah salleh' with bikini....hahahaha...

Today on the 26th Sep 2007, I received a phone call from Ms Agatha of CPR Hotel informing me that they are processing to credit back the amount which they took from my friend credit card neglegently. Well, I very happy for the urgent action taken by CPR management. My thumb up to the new General Manager of CPR Kuching. Your care for the customers are very much appreciated and I am really happy about it. I am very sure that the GM of CPR is a customer's oriented person and that shows his profesionalism in conducting his work. Well done.
Once again my deepest appreciation goes to cuti.com.my. This website is very much helpful in promoting tourism in Malaysia.
Ihave been patronising CPR since its opening and I will continue to give my fullest support to this manificient hotel. Now I am rating you as a FIVE STAR HOTEL.

| narudin | | If you happen to visit Kuching and like to appreciate the Sarawak River View. This is the THE Hotel. The Best Hotel location so far. Neverheless, I would like to highlight the shortfall of this hotel reservation system and procedures where my friend was charged from his credit card unnecessarily. The front office staff and the reservation staff is not coordinated properly. Just imagine for a group reservation, they cannot replace or ammend the list of names on the reservation list properly. Very disgusting when you have to pay for three rooms which you do not stay. Break of comunication between the front office staff and the reservation staff.

Please check the amount of RM517.00 you took from my friend Credit Card dishonestly and unethnical way. "The unprofessional of your staff at the expense of the customer." is very much regreted.
I think there is a right way for the hotel to make money. So, pease check. Thank You

Excellent hotel, friendly & helpful staff - the concierge, door boy, receptionist & house keeping etc.
Good location, shopping complex next to it (parkson, giant, cineplex), no worries if you forgot anything in your luggage.
Spacious & clean room, good view & excellent service.
Will stay here again if i am in Kuching.

| kichijiro | | Overall, the bed room design, cleaniless, facilities, ammenties is very good. But there is only one bad point i want to point out is the main entrance just do make it nicely. Everyone just can simply go in to the hotel. It really do not make the hotel so class after all.
