TRANSIT & TRANSFER

TRANSIT PROCEDURES
Transit passengers are not required to go through any formalities. As you disembark, you will be issued with a plastic transit card. You will be free to walk around the Satellite Terminal Building (STB) until it is time for you to board the flight for your onward journey.

Do ensure that your baggage are automatically transfer to your connecting flight at the Transfer Counter.

First class passengers and frequent flyers, could make use of the lounges. Papers, magazine, refreshments, snacks, telephones and television would be made available at these lounges. So relax and enjoy the facilities in these lounges until boarding time.

During transit you are also welcome to do some duty free shopping.

TRANSFER PROCEDURES

International to Domestic

• Your flight will arrive at Sat A. or at the International Level of the Contact Pier at MTB.
• Follow the signs and proceed to the transfer desk.
• Collect your boarding pass for your next flight, if you have not been issued one.
• Board the Aerotrain to the MTB if you arrive at Sat A.
• Proceed to immigration for inbound clearance at the Arrival Level which is one floor below.
• The Customs check point is located just beyond the Immigration area. You will only need to have your hand luggage checked as your other baggage will be checked through to your final destination.
• Proceed to the Departure Gate for your next flight.
  
  Domestic to International
• Your flight will arrive at the Domestic Level, of the Contact Pier at the MTB.
• If you have not been issued a boarding pass for your onward journey, collect one at the Transfer Desk.
• Proceed for exit Immigration clearance.
• Proceed to International Level at the MTB or board the Aerotrain to Sat.A
• Proceed to Departure Gate for your next flight.
  
  International to International
• Your flight will arrive at Sat A.
• Collect your boarding pass at the Transfer Desk, if you have not been issued one.
• Proceed to the Departure Gate for your next flight.
  
  Domestic to Domestic
• Your flight will arrive at the Contact Pier of the MTB.
• If you have not been issued a boarding pass for your onward journey, collect one at the Transfer Desk.
• Proceed to Departure gate for your next flight.
