CHECK IN COUNTERS

There are a total of 216 check in counters, identified by alphabets A to M (excluding I). Multi check in services are available, designed for convenience to all passengers (arriving, departing or in transit).

Advance Check In
You are encouraged to check in your baggage in advance as early as eight hours ahead of your scheduled time of departure to avoid peak check in queues and to enjoy a better seat selection.

Return Check In
With this service, boarding passes for both departure and return flights within Malaysia can be issued together when you check in for your departing flight. You need not check in again for your return flight. This service is applicable only when both flights are on the same calendar day; your return flight has been confirmed; and finally if you have no baggage to check in on your return flight.

One Shot Check In
You need to check in only once to your final destination even if your journey involves a transfer at multiple airports. Your check in luggage will be transferred automatically. To enjoy this facility, your onward connecting flight must be confirmed and should be a minimum of two hours on the same calendar day.

Telephone Check In
Passengers departing from KLIA and Kota Kinabalu airports can use this service for faster check in. This service is only applicable for passengers travelling without baggage on flights within Malaysia and between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
