DETAILED ARRIVAL FLOW MAP

Arriving passengers, both domestic and international will pass through
the arrival concourse located on Level 3. Passengers arriving at Satellite
A will have to board the Aerotrain to reach the MTB. Arrival at the
MTB would be on the Mezzanine Level (Level 4) and access to the Arrival
Level would be via lifts or escalators. These are located a short distance
away from the Aerotrain.
For the tour groups, take the bus at the ground level of the MTB.
International Arrivals
- For passengers of international flights arriving at the Satellite
Building, they must board the Aerotrain to the MTB.
- You will arrive at the mezzanine level of the contact pier and take
the escalators down to the arrival level (level 3).
- For international passengers who arrive at the contact pier mezzanine
level, go down to arrival level.
- Go through your immigration checks and collect your baggage at the
international baggage claim.
- After clearing customs, passengers can make hotel reservations and
rent cars or limousines at the arrival concourse area. Passengers
can board buses and taxies at the kerbside of the arrival area or
be picked up at the same level or at the pick-up points at block B
and block C car parks.
- For the tour groups, proceed to the ground level of the MTB for
tour buses.
IMMIGRATION
There are a total of 48 Immigration counters for arriving passengers
and another 16 for transfer passengers. All foreigners are required to
complete a disembarkation card before reaching this counter.

TROLLEYS
Complimentary luggage trolleys are available within the baggage reclaim
area. Hand luggage trolleys are available outside arrival gates.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
There are 12 baggage conveyors identified by alphabets A to M ('I' has
been omitted). Two conveyors (L and M) are dedicated to domestic arrivals
while the remaining 10 are for international arrivals.

CUSTOM
A total of 26 Customs lanes are located beyond the Baggage Reclaim
area.
INFORMATION COUNTER
KLIA Information counters are located at strategic areas within the
MTB and Sat.A
